Rosendin is seeking a strategic and operational leader to build and scale our Employment Marketing function. This role sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Employee Experience, responsible for strengthening Rosendin's ability to attract, engage, and retain the talent required to support the company's continued growth. The Manager will lead the strategy to attract top talent, enhance hiring outcomes, strengthen Rosendin's employer brand, and build long-term workforce relationships.
