As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end deployment of modular power systems across multiple job sites. This senior-level role requires a seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing field teams and complex deployments. You will lead a team of Deployment Specialists and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery, installation, and commissioning of MPS products.
Lead and manage a team of Deployment Specialists and field personnel responsible for delivering and installing modular power systems.
Oversee all aspects of deployment operations, including logistics coordination, site readiness, subcontractor management, and quality assurance.
Serve as the senior field representative for MPS, interfacing with clients, general contractors, and project managers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Develop and execute deployment strategies that align with project schedules, technical requirements, and safety standards.
Review and interpret complex electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and installation plans to guide field execution.
Conduct site visits, lead pre-deployment planning meetings, and ensure all field activities are executed according to NEC and UL standards.
Resolve high-level field issues, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement corrective actions in real time.
Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Track deployment progress, maintain detailed documentation, and report key metrics to leadership.
Supporting and assisting the MPS freight team.
Deep understanding of modular power systems, industrial construction practices, and field deployment logistics.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of NEC code, UL standards, and electrical safety protocols.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle or construction management software experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously across various geographic locations.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in electrical construction, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical construction or modular deployment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Demonstrated experience leading field teams and managing subcontractors in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
Up to 75% with travel to job sites across the U.S. as needed.
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
