YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Senior Manager, Customer Enablement is responsible for leading a team of Application Training and Support Analysts implementing strategies to improve customer adoption and satisfaction. The Senior Manager role oversees various aspects of customer engagement, including building relationships, managing communication, and ensuring the organization meets customer needs and expectations. Will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the organization's critical enterprise application portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving the successful implementation, integration and ongoing support for core applications that underpin core business functions. A successful candidate will possess a blend of technical acumen, project management expertise and strong leadership skills to support the development and growth of our enterprise applications team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead team of Enterprise Application Training and Support Analysts to implement changes and resolve problems within existing and new business technologies.

  • Manage an application team, assign tasks, monitor workload, develop hiring forecasts and ensure the team's goals and objectives are aligned with the organization's business goals and objectives.

  • Manage a portfolio of applications used by the business

  • Identify applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems.

  • Define target customer segments, identifying key touchpoints, and creating communication channels to foster engagement.

  • Develop, execute and manage an applications roadmap that aligns with the organization's business goals and objectives.

  • Work with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of business application initiatives, ensuring they are resourced appropriately and are completed on time and within budget.

  • Engage with multiple departments (in the field), training, Business training, gathering needs assessments and soliciting feedback on application-specific matters.

  • Manage relationships with application vendors and service providers to optimize features and functions and ensure contractual obligations and service level agreements are being met. Conduct contract reviews to evaluate terms and conditions and pricing negotiations.

  • Oversee business processes & documentation for compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Ensure alignment of technical implementations to the strategic technology plan.

  • Encourage and promote a culture of governance, compliance and continuous improvement within the Enterprise Applications team.

  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity group to ensure enterprise applications adhere to the organization's data integrity, data access and security protocols.

  • Support senior management with the development and management of the annual operating budgets as it pertains to hiring plans, application support and license renewals.

  • Promote awareness around and adoption of tools, technologies, and best practices.

  • Keep current on applicable technology and industry trends.

  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Twelve or more years of experience in customer engagement and business applications management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong leadership skills; with a proven track record of developing and managing multidisciplinary teams within a fast-paced, growth environment.

  • Proven experience with vendor management including vendor selection process management, contract and pricing negotiations and renewals.

  • Experience with Oracle, and other Construction specific applications like P6, Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk.

  • Experience with developing and managing budgets for enterprise applications and support resources, ensuring cost effectiveness and ROI.

  • Excellent English listening, speaking, and writing skills allowing successful communication with team members and management.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by technology.

  • Experience effectively and efficiently using of resources; experience orchestrating multiple activities at once to accomplish goals.

  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.

  • Effective and creative problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Ability to work independently and motivated to seek opportunities for mastering unfamiliar tasks.

  • Ability to align technology plans in support of strategic business objectives.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Construction experience strongly encouraged.

TRAVEL:

  • Up to 10%

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning

  • Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

Pay Range

$193,600.00-$254,100.00 Annual
