The Site Commissioning (CX) Lead oversees all on‑site commissioning activities for utility‑scale solar PV, BESS, and high‑voltage substation projects. You serve as the primary commissioning liaison for EPC‑delivered Bulk Electrical Systems (BES), ensuring equipment is installed, tested, energized, and verified per project specifications, industry standards, and grid‑interconnection requirements.
Develop and implement site‑specific commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures.
Verify installation quality and readiness for commissioning.
Lead cold and hot commissioning, system functional testing, energization, and performance verification for PV, BESS, SCADA, and high‑voltage equipment.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and commissioning standards.
Troubleshoot complex electrical, controls, and protection‑system issues.
Maintain records including test results, punch lists, NCRs, and daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to resolve deficiencies.
Validate system performance against contract, design, and interconnection criteria.
Serve as on‑site liaison with utilities, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
Represent Rosendin professionally and support meetings, walkdowns, and turnover milestones.
Ability to interpret single‑line diagrams, protection/control schematics, and SCADA/controls documentation.
