The Project Controls Data Specialist will play an important role in supporting Rosendin's project management teams by managing and analyzing project data with an emphasis upon the data accuracy and auditing of data. This role will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and maintaining project-related information, ensuring accuracy, and providing valuable insights to aid in decision-making.
Collect, input, and manage project data in various project controls systems and databases.
Generate and maintain project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Assist in developing and implementing project controls procedures and best practices based upon data findings.
Participate in project meetings to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data management and project controls.
Document and archive work pursuant with the REI standards.
