The Engineer I is an entry-level engineering position and is expected to learn and develop competency in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Part of the responsibility will be to provide technical engineering design, consultation, information, and assistance to internal and external customers under the direct supervision of the Engineering Team Lead or Manager to ensure that the project complies with all engineering standards.
May oversee or collaborate with Designers assigned to your work or team.
Review, comment, and process equipment and system submittals.
Perform coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, and plumbing processes and all electrical trades.
Prepare designs, check, and specify power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
Develop power single-line diagrams. Develop and model short circuits and over current protection device coordination studies.
Coordinate your work with the project specifications or equipment buy-out.
Visit job sites to field survey existing electrical conditions under supervision.

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. Has overall responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects. The HSE Specialist I is an entry-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. The Category Manager is responsible for developing and executing procurement category strategies for Lighting Fixtures, Lighting Control Systems, and Emergency Lighting Inverter Systems. This role ensures alignment with project specifications, cost objectives, quality standards, constructability requirements, and project schedules.
The position focuses on achieving best value while improving efficiency throughout the procurement lifecycle-from estimating and bid support through contract execution and project closeout. The Category Manager will leverage industry expertise to optimize supplier relationships, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement across procurement processes.
As a subject matter expert in the lighting industry, this role serves as a trusted advisor to estimating, procurement, and project teams by providing technical guidance, market insight, and strategic support.
What You'll Do
Category Strategy & Market Intelligence
Develop and implement category management strategies for Lighting Fixtures, Lighting Control Systems, and Emergency Lighting Inverter Systems to achieve financial value and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating category spend, supplier landscape, and market conditions to identify consolidation and strategic sourcing opportunities.
Monitor global supply markets including pricing trends, supplier capacity, emerging technologies, and industry developments.
Communicate relevant market insights and supply chain risks to internal stakeholders and adjust strategies accordingly.
Proactively challenge existing procurement, estimating, and cost tracking practices to improve operational performance and financial outcomes.
Strategic Sourcing & Contracting
Develop sourcing strategies, RFPs, and bid packages that align with company objectives and project requirements.
Lead negotiations with strategic suppliers to secure favorable commercial and technical terms.
Develop regional and national contracts that deliver optimal commercial value while minimizing supply chain risk.
Negotiate and review NDAs, contracts, and supplier agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and legal teams.
Supplier Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers to drive long-term value and collaboration.
Implement supplier performance management programs including KPIs, scorecards, and regular business reviews.
Lead national business reviews with strategic suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance expectations.
Identify performance gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective action plans with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Project & Estimating Support
Support estimating and project teams with procurement strategies, pricing insight, and supplier engagement for lighting-related scopes.
Review project documentation, plans, specifications, and estimating takeoffs related to lighting systems to ensure scope accuracy prior to supplier solicitation.
Perform technical and commercial evaluation of supplier proposals to ensure best value and risk mitigation.
Identify specified manufacturers and determine the most effective procurement strategy to maximize competitiveness and probability of project award.
Process Improvement & Organizational Support
Assess current procurement processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, or technology adoption.
Develop implementation plans for category strategies and coordinate execution with stakeholders across the organization.

What You'll Need To Be Successful
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of procurement experience within the electrical construction industry.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant industry experience will also be considered.
Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or equivalent procurement certification preferred.
What You Bring To Us

Strategic Sourcing & Contracting
Develop sourcing strategies, RFPs, and bid packages that align with company objectives and project requirements.
Lead negotiations with strategic suppliers to secure favorable commercial and technical terms.
Develop regional and national contracts that deliver optimal commercial value while minimizing supply chain risk.
Negotiate and review NDAs, contracts, and supplier agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and legal teams.
Supplier Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers to drive long-term value and collaboration.
Implement supplier performance management programs including KPIs, scorecards, and regular business reviews.
Lead national business reviews with strategic suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance expectations.
Identify performance gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective action plans with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Project & Estimating Support
Support estimating and project teams with procurement strategies, pricing insight, and supplier engagement for lighting-related scopes.
Review project documentation, plans, specifications, and estimating takeoffs related to lighting systems to ensure scope accuracy prior to supplier solicitation.
Perform technical and commercial evaluation of supplier proposals to ensure best value and risk mitigation.
Identify specified manufacturers and determine the most effective procurement strategy to maximize competitiveness and probability of project award.
Process Improvement & Organizational Support
Assess current procurement processes and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, or technology adoption.
Develop implementation plans for category strategies and coordinate execution with stakeholders across the organization.
Lead change management initiatives supporting procurement transformation and organizational growth.
Build strong internal and external networks to support knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation.
What You'll Need To Be Successful
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of procurement experience within the electrical construction industry.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant industry experience will also be considered.
Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or equivalent procurement certification preferred.

Demonstrated experience developing project plans including scope, cost estimates, schedule milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, project plans, and specifications.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Bluebeam and Adobe tools.
Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to communicate complex ideas and processes clearly.

Senior-level leader with expertise in managing large-scale transit and rail infrastructure projects. Responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of complex transportation initiatives. Oversees project budgets, schedules, and compliance with regulatory standards while ensuring safety and quality. Builds strong partnerships with public agencies, contractors, and engineering teams to drive operational excellence and innovation.
Lead multi-million-dollar transit and rail projects from concept through completion.
Actively manage the workload, professional development, and client development skills of project management staff.
Promote positive customer relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all contractors, subcontractors and vendors, and continually instilling this philosophy in the project team with regard to safety, quality, customer service and profitability.
Initiate, execute, and document a quality job start-up meeting for your project(s).
Manage and maintain "Strategic Partner" subcontractor and vendor relationships, including verification of timely payment.
Perform monthly project reviews with project teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality of work, safety, administration and profitability.
Analyze available and qualified personnel and make specific project assignments to meet project needs.
Assist the PMs and Superintendents with resolution of specific issues and requests.

Senior-level leader with expertise in managing large-scale transit and rail infrastructure projects. Responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of complex transportation initiatives. Oversees project budgets, schedules, and compliance with regulatory standards while ensuring safety and quality. Builds strong partnerships with public agencies, contractors, and engineering teams to drive operational excellence and innovation.
Lead multi-million-dollar transit and rail projects from concept through completion.
Actively manage the workload, professional development, and client development skills of project management staff.
Promote positive customer relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all contractors, subcontractors and vendors, and continually instilling this philosophy in the project team with regard to safety, quality, customer service and profitability.
Initiate, execute, and document a quality job start-up meeting for your project(s).
Manage and maintain "Strategic Partner" subcontractor and vendor relationships, including verification of timely payment.
Perform monthly project reviews with project teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality of work, safety, administration and profitability.
Analyze available and qualified personnel and make specific project assignments to meet project needs.
Assist the PMs and Superintendents with resolution of specific issues and requests.
Manage customer relations and change order negotiations.

The Director, Corporate Real Estate will lead the strategic planning and management of our real estate portfolio across a growing electrical contracting organization. Responsibilities span the full real estate lifecycle, including site selection, lease negotiations, construction oversight, and property disposition.
Portfolio Strategy & Asset Management
Strategic Planning: Develop a multi-year real estate strategy that supports headcount growth, hybrid work models, and market expansion.
Lease Administration: oversee the global lease portfolio, ensuring critical dates (renewals, terminations, options) are tracked and actioned proactively.
Space Utilization: Analyze occupancy data to identify opportunities for consolidation, subleasing, or expansion to maximize ROI per square foot.
Financial Modeling: Partner with Finance to forecast real estate OpEx and CapEx, manage occupancy costs, and perform "lease vs. buy" analyses.
2. Transactions & Deal Making
Site Selection: Lead the process for identifying new office locations, conducting market research, and performing due diligence on potential sites.
Negotiation: Serve as the lead negotiator for complex lease agreements, amendments, and purchase contracts, working closely with external brokers and internal legal counsel.
Stakeholder Alignment: Present business cases to the C-Suite for major real estate transactions, clearly outlining financial impact and strategic benefits.
3. Capital Projects & Construction
Project Governance: Oversee all major capital projects (new builds, relocations, renovations) from concept to closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

The Director, Corporate Real Estate will lead the strategic planning and management of our real estate portfolio across a growing electrical contracting organization. This corporate role ensures our facilities and properties align with business goals-optimizing cost, reducing risk, and supporting an environment where our teams can thrive. Responsibilities span the full real estate lifecycle, including site selection, lease negotiations, construction oversight, and property disposition.
Portfolio Strategy & Asset Management
Strategic Planning: Develop a multi-year real estate strategy that supports headcount growth, hybrid work models, and market expansion.
Lease Administration: oversee the global lease portfolio, ensuring critical dates (renewals, terminations, options) are tracked and actioned proactively.
Space Utilization: Analyze occupancy data to identify opportunities for consolidation, subleasing, or expansion to maximize ROI per square foot.
Financial Modeling: Partner with Finance to forecast real estate OpEx and CapEx, manage occupancy costs, and perform "lease vs. buy" analyses.
2. Transactions & Deal Making
Site Selection: Lead the process for identifying new office locations, conducting market research, and performing due diligence on potential sites.
Negotiation: Serve as the lead negotiator for complex lease agreements, amendments, and purchase contracts, working closely with external brokers and internal legal counsel.
Stakeholder Alignment: Present business cases to the C-Suite for major real estate transactions, clearly outlining financial impact and strategic benefits.
3. Capital Projects & Construction
Project Governance: Oversee all major capital projects (new builds, relocations, renovations) from concept to closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Vendor Management: Select and manage external partners, including architects, general contractors, project management firms, and furniture dealers.
Design Standards: Establish and enforce global design guidelines to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency across all offices.
4. Workplace Strategy & Operations
The "Future of Work": Design workplace strategies that support hybrid teams, focusing on collaboration zones, hoteling/desk-sharing ratios, and technology integration.
Facilities Oversight: Provide high-level leadership to the Facilities Management function, ensuring that the physical maintenance of assets preserves their value and safety.

Familiarity with Lease Administration software (e.g., CoStar, LeaseCalcs) and Space Planning tools.
10+ years in Corporate Real Estate, with significant experience managing a multi-site or global portfolio.
Bachelor\'s degree in real estate, Finance, Architecture, or Business. (MCR, SLCR, or CCIM designations are highly preferred).

What You'll Do
Category Strategy & Market Intelligence

Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating category spend, supplier landscape, and market conditions to identify consolidation and strategic sourcing opportunities.

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. Has overall responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects. Assists in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to achieve established corporate goals and support the corporate mission statement.
Provide operational oversight in the areas of client management, procedural issues, financial and reporting issues, and workforce planning and analysis.
Actively manage the workload, professional development, and client development skills of project management staff.
Promote positive customer relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all contractors, subcontractors and vendors, and continually instilling this philosophy in the project team with regard to safety, quality, customer service and profitability.
Initiate, execute, and document a quality job start-up meeting for your project(s).
Manage and maintain "Strategic Partner" subcontractor and vendor relationships, including verification of timely payment.
Perform monthly project reviews with project teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality of work, safety, administration and profitability.
Analyze available and qualified personnel and make specific project assignments to meet project needs.
Assist the PMs and Superintendents with resolution of specific issues and requests.

Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. Has overall responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects. Assists in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to achieve established corporate goals and support the corporate mission statement.
Provide operational oversight in the areas of client management, procedural issues, financial and reporting issues, and workforce planning and analysis.
Actively manage the workload, professional development, and client development skills of project management staff.
Promote positive customer relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all contractors, subcontractors and vendors, and continually instilling this philosophy in the project team with regard to safety, quality, customer service and profitability.
Initiate, execute, and document a quality job start-up meeting for your project(s).
Manage and maintain "Strategic Partner" subcontractor and vendor relationships, including verification of timely payment.
Perform monthly project reviews with project teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality of work, safety, administration and profitability.
Analyze available and qualified personnel and make specific project assignments to meet project needs.
Assist the PMs and Superintendents with resolution of specific issues and requests.
Manage customer relations and change order negotiations.
Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.
Represent the Company at project Senior Management meetings.
Schedule, facilitate, and document project close out meetings. Verify project data sheets and photos (with client\'s permission) for all completed projects.
