The Senior Engineering Team Lead is an advanced-level engineering management position responsible for overseeing larger or more complex project work and may oversee several Engineering Team Leads on an ongoing basis. The Engineering Senior Team Lead will possess engineering management skills for resource allocation, work flow, work planning, fee estimating and independent QA/QC of Design team work in addition to advanced technical competence.
Possess the ability to understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested.
Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.

The Procurement Team Lead will manage a work group responsible for the procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, permanent plant materials, and small tools and supplies. This position is a ‘working manager' role that will execute contractual obligations while providing oversight, support, and mentorship to Procurement Agents and Sr. Procurement Agents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Monitor, evaluate, and mentor working team on meeting or exceeding performance goals and expectations.
Ensure team is complying with procurement policies and procedures and is in strict adherence to documentation requirements.
Oversee and plan all aspects of procurement from pre-bid closeout.
Effectively manage people and projects within assigned Region to pursue cost savings opportunities, while implementing and adhering to process standardization efficiencies.
Provide coaching and mentoring to staff personnel as required and provide performance evaluation input to Regional Procurement Manager.
Support estimating department by contacting suppliers for budgetary quotations for materials and equipment in the preparation of bids.

Review all internal/external metrics for our suppliers, procurement, and operations to ensure targets are being met, and engage with Regional Procurement Manager to identify the root cause and mitigation actions to address any deficiency gaps.
Ensure recommended awards are in accordance with the approved decision model and Delegation of Authority to ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
Ensure that mutually beneficial relationships are in place with suppliers through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
Provide feedback assist in analyzing market and delivery systems assess present and future material availability.
Communicate and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
Responsible for projections financial planning,delivery schedules and procurement reporting.
Responsible for the development and review of all procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
Oversee the development and implementation of procurement and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.

Review materials for accuracy upon receipt, and oversee material review process. Enter documentation into purchasing system.

The Engineer II is a mid-level engineering position responsible for providing technical engineering information and support to the senior engineers to ensure that projects comply with the project requirements and all engineering standards, applicable codes, and specifications. Knowledge of various electrical engineering concepts, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, energy conservation, and value engineering related to designing state-of-the-art, constructible projects.
Oversee junior engineers, designers, and staff assigned to your work or team. In this instance, an Engineer II would feel comfortable and capable of leading projects of limited scope.
Review, comment, and process equipment and system submittals in coordination with the Engineer of Record.
Generate electrical specifications appropriate for the project.
Develop a complete and accurate sequence of operations for all designed systems.
Working knowledge of equipment and system testing and commissioning.

The Engineer II is a mid-level engineering position responsible for providing technical engineering information and support to the senior engineers to ensure that projects comply with the project requirements and all engineering standards, applicable codes, and specifications. Knowledge of various electrical engineering concepts, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, energy conservation, and value engineering related to designing state-of-the-art, constructible projects.
Oversee junior engineers, designers, and staff assigned to your work or team. In this instance, an Engineer II would feel comfortable and capable of leading projects of limited scope.
Review, comment, and process equipment and system submittals in coordination with the Engineer of Record.
Generate electrical specifications appropriate for the project.
Develop a complete and accurate sequence of operations for all designed systems.
Working knowledge of equipment and system testing and commissioning.
Perform process coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and all electrical trades.
Prepare designs, check, and specify power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
Prepare power system single-line diagrams, including feeder, over current protection sizing, and equipment elevations.
Conduct short circuit, over current protection device coordination studies, and Arc Flash mitigation Studies.
Perform calculations to determine distribution capacity due to voltage drop, voltage droop, or underground heat effect (Neher-McGrath).
Coordinate your work with the project Specifications or equipment buy-out.
Visit job sites to field survey existing electrical conditions.

The Civil Engineering Manager - EPC is a senior technical and people-leadership role responsible for overseeing all civil engineering aspects of utility-scale solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and substation projects across the United States. This role provides technical authority, execution oversight, and team leadership from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring designs are code-compliant, constructible, cost-effective, and aligned with EPC contract requirements.
The Civil Engineering Manager - EPC partners closely with Preconstruction, Estimating, Project Management, Field Operations, and external engineering consultants, while mentoring and managing internal civil engineering staff.
Lead civil engineering scope development for utility-scale solar, BESS, and substation projects from early development through construction completion.
Serve as technical authority for site grading, drainage, hydrology, foundations, roads, fencing, equipment pads, and underground utilities.
Review and approve civil engineering design packages, calculations, and reports for code compliance, constructability, and value optimization.
Act as Engineer of Record (EOR) as required and oversee delegated engineering responsibilities.
Provide alternative engineering solutions and value-engineering recommendations to reduce cost, schedule risk, and construction complexity.
Interface directly with civil, geotechnical, and structural subconsultants to ensure design intent and EPC requirements are met.
Support preliminary site layouts, site constraints mapping, and buildable area assessments.
Assist estimating teams with civil assumptions, allowances, and risk identification.
Develop and refine civil engineering scopes of work aligned with EPC contracts.
Support EPC contract review, negotiations, and clarifications related to civil scope, risk allocation, and constructability.
Conduct site visits to observe construction progress and verify conformance with design documents.
Review topographic surveys, grading plans, drainage features, and post/foundation elevations to ensure alignment with design intent.
Lead, mentor, and develop civil engineers, designers, and technical staff.
Plan and allocate engineering resources across multiple active projects.
Provide technical coaching, performance feedback, and career development guidance.
Coordinate workload forecasting, staffing needs, and engineering budgets with leadership.
Serve as primary civil engineering point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, AHJs, and regulatory agencies.

The Civil Engineering Manager - EPC is a senior technical and people-leadership role responsible for overseeing all civil engineering aspects of utility-scale solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and substation projects across the United States. This role provides technical authority, execution oversight, and team leadership from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring designs are code-compliant, constructible, cost-effective, and aligned with EPC contract requirements.
The Civil Engineering Manager - EPC partners closely with Preconstruction, Estimating, Project Management, Field Operations, and external engineering consultants, while mentoring and managing internal civil engineering staff.
Lead civil engineering scope development for utility-scale solar, BESS, and substation projects from early development through construction completion.
Serve as technical authority for site grading, drainage, hydrology, foundations, roads, fencing, equipment pads, and underground utilities.
Review and approve civil engineering design packages, calculations, and reports for code compliance, constructability, and value optimization.
Act as Engineer of Record (EOR) as required and oversee delegated engineering responsibilities.
Provide alternative engineering solutions and value-engineering recommendations to reduce cost, schedule risk, and construction complexity.
Interface directly with civil, geotechnical, and structural subconsultants to ensure design intent and EPC requirements are met.
Support preliminary site layouts, site constraints mapping, and buildable area assessments.
Assist estimating teams with civil assumptions, allowances, and risk identification.
Develop and refine civil engineering scopes of work aligned with EPC contracts.
Support EPC contract review, negotiations, and clarifications related to civil scope, risk allocation, and constructability.
Conduct site visits to observe construction progress and verify conformance with design documents.
Review topographic surveys, grading plans, drainage features, and post/foundation elevations to ensure alignment with design intent.
Lead, mentor, and develop civil engineers, designers, and technical staff.
Plan and allocate engineering resources across multiple active projects.
Provide technical coaching, performance feedback, and career development guidance.
Coordinate workload forecasting, staffing needs, and engineering budgets with leadership.
Serve as primary civil engineering point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, AHJs, and regulatory agencies.
Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and project leadership meetings.
Communicate risks, design challenges, and mitigation strategies to project leadership.
The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position's role within the business unit.
Proficient in site engineering/land developing engineering and design such as, site planning, grading, drainage, erosion and sediment control, stormwater quantity and quality analysis and design.
Proficient in hydrology and hydraulics and calculations for stormwater using computer software, rational method, Manning's Equation, and culvert nomographs.
Thorough understanding of grading design for drainage, earthwork, and system grading criteria.
Grading design for large solar and BESS projects using Civil 3D required.
Thorough understanding of local permitting requirements and expected timelines (stormwater, land development, etc.) in areas with high concentrations of solar development.
Proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Proficient using Autodesk Civil 3D.
Proficient using QGIS or ArcGIS Pro
Experience with industry typical stormwater software such as HydroCAD or similar software.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
Effective oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, vendors, clients, and others.
Demonstrated experience leading projects & teams from early development through construction.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or other similar discipline.
Professional Civil Engineering license required.
Minimum 10-12+ years of experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Electrical Designer I is responsible for creating design models and other documents to show equipment and device layouts and branch circulation for power, lighting, and auxiliary drawings. This position receives direction from the BIM Manager for graphic standards and layout. This position requires continuous dotted-line supervision by a Designer III, an Engineer, the Engineer of Record, the Engineering Team Lead, or the Director of Engineering.
Fill in panel board schedules with branch circuit lighting and power plans under supervision.
Perform wire sizing, transformer feeders, and protection from published schedules.
Calculate lighting levels and layout fixtures at the direction of the Sr. Designer or Engineer for spaces of high finish, specific application, or aesthetic sensitivity.
Coordinate signal and low voltage subcontractors and designers with other trades, disciplines, and designs with supervision and assistance.
Back-check your work for accuracy and completeness before passing on to others.

As an Audio Video Commissioning Manager, you will lead and manage a team of commissioning engineers and technicians responsible for delivering world-class AV systems across Rosendin projects. You'll oversee project assignments, ensure quality standards are met, and support the professional development of your team members.
This role is ideal for a commissioning professional ready to transition into leadership, combining technical expertise with people management and operational oversight. You will partner closely with project managers, field leadership, and clients to ensure successful system turnover and client satisfaction.
Directly supervise a team of AV commissioning engineers and technicians (typically 4-10 team members)
Assign staff to projects, monitor workload balance, and ensure delivery milestones are achieved
Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical support to commissioning team members
Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, and operations leaders to align commissioning schedules with project requirements
Oversee QA/QC practices, ensuring all systems meet Rosendin and industry standards before client turnover
Serve as an escalation point for technical and personnel issues on commissioning projects
Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new AV commissioning staff
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback in alignment with Rosendin's leadership values
Contribute to development of process improvements, best practices, and standard work for AV commissioning
Participate in client-facing meetings, representing Rosendin commissioning as a trusted partner
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contractual obligations
10+ years of experience in AV commissioning, installation, or systems engineering
Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred
Strong understanding of AVIXA standards and commissioning best practices
Proficient with advanced DSP configuration, control system programming verification, and advanced signal flow debugging

As an Audio Video Commissioning Manager, you will lead and manage a team of commissioning engineers and technicians responsible for delivering world-class AV systems across Rosendin projects. You'll oversee project assignments, ensure quality standards are met, and support the professional development of your team members.
This role is ideal for a commissioning professional ready to transition into leadership, combining technical expertise with people management and operational oversight. You will partner closely with project managers, field leadership, and clients to ensure successful system turnover and client satisfaction.
Directly supervise a team of AV commissioning engineers and technicians (typically 4-10 team members)
Assign staff to projects, monitor workload balance, and ensure delivery milestones are achieved
Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical support to commissioning team members
Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, and operations leaders to align commissioning schedules with project requirements
Oversee QA/QC practices, ensuring all systems meet Rosendin and industry standards before client turnover
Serve as an escalation point for technical and personnel issues on commissioning projects
Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new AV commissioning staff
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback in alignment with Rosendin's leadership values
Contribute to development of process improvements, best practices, and standard work for AV commissioning
Participate in client-facing meetings, representing Rosendin commissioning as a trusted partner
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contractual obligations
10+ years of experience in AV commissioning, installation, or systems engineering
Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred
Strong understanding of AVIXA standards and commissioning best practices
Proficient with advanced DSP configuration, control system programming verification, and advanced signal flow debugging
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
AVIXA CTS-I required; manufacturer certifications (Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Shure, etc.) a plus

The Category Manager will develop and implement procurement category strategies for critical equipment, gear, commodities, lighting or other spend categories as assigned, which are in alignment with Projects objectives for cost, quality, and schedule. You'll bring your experience from the electrical construction industry in areas such as Switchgear, Generators, Transformers and UPS's.
You'll be able to form, lead, and oversee teams of subject matter experts that will define and implement new or enhanced business or technology processes, initiatives, and projects to deliver added value within and outside of Procurement. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Pursue defined Category Management (CM) strategies to ensure competitive advantage for Rosendin and to position Rosendin as a market leader and preferred client of our key Vendors.
Incorporate business requirements into sourcing plans, RFPs, and category strategies.
Gather, interpret, and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results to support category strategies.
Oversee the development and delivery of effective negotiation and contracting strategies for strategic suppliers.
Develop comprehensive implementation plans to execute category strategies with stakeholders and end users.
Negotiate and review NDAs, Contracts and Agreements with key Vendors.
Lead change management efforts at senior management levels and contribute to company growth through innovation strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
7-10 years' experience in a procurement, contract management, project management or related role
Expertise in procurement, estimating, business, and leadership
Demonstrated experience developing procurement category strategies.

Keep up to date with Vendors new Product innovations to leverage the companies market position.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Management, Operations, Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Minimum 5 years' electrical construction procurement / Sales / Quotation experience.
Preferred: Experience at a Switchgear Electrical Manufacturer.
Experience at a distributor doing Takeoffs and Quotes.
Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) Certification, Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) Certification preferred, or equivalent Supply Chain Procurement Certificate.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Thorough knowledge of the electrical construction industry in areas such as switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS, PDU, and STS.
Demonstrated experience developing procurement category strategies and negotiation plans.
Ability to access internal procurement environment and perform external market analysis (market landscape, trends, pricing), and develop best value strategies to present to leadership.
Prior experience and/or established subject matter expertise in Category Management in the electrical construction field within areas such as switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS,PDU, and STS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience developing estimates for bids and projects involving switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS, PDU, and STS.
Experience reading an Electrical Single Line Diagram and Producing a Bill of Goods Takeoff from that Single Line.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Management, Operations, Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Minimum 5 years' electrical construction procurement / Sales / Quotation experience.
Preferred: Experience at a Switchgear Electrical Manufacturer.
Experience at a distributor doing Takeoffs and Quotes.
Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) Certification, Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) Certification preferred, or equivalent Supply Chain Procurement Certificate.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Thorough knowledge of the electrical construction industry in areas such as switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS, PDU, and STS.
Demonstrated experience developing procurement category strategies and negotiation plans.
Ability to access internal procurement environment and perform external market analysis (market landscape, trends, pricing), and develop best value strategies to present to leadership.
Prior experience and/or established subject matter expertise in Category Management in the electrical construction field within areas such as switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS,PDU, and STS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience developing estimates for bids and projects involving switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS, PDU, and STS.
Experience reading an Electrical Single Line Diagram and Producing a Bill of Goods Takeoff from that Single Line.
Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts with vendors.
Demonstrated experience creating project management plans that specify charter, scope, cost estimates, schedule, milestones and target dates, and risk management plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, driven to succeed, strong critical thinker, and able to think and communicate in terms of process flow

General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
