The Project Executive will coordinate all field activities necessary for the receipt and release of our products to our customers. This position reports to the Director of Quality Services and will be responsible for the oversite of the delivery, assembly, integration, and inspection of Modular Power Solutions (MPS) products.
Coordinate the travel to jobsites with competent personnel for products being delivered, ensure a smooth delivery of MPS products and guide the install of MPS products.
Act as point of contact for stakeholders during the deployment of MPS products. This includes, but is not limited to, truck drivers, rigging vendors, site construction team, MPS subcontractors and MPS employees.
Vet and ensure competent subcontractors are enforcing safe and quality work.
Ensure all quality checklists are being maintained for every mobilization day by representatives of MPS.
Review drawings before delivery of product to ensure the logistical plan is performed.
Assist in resolving construction problems related to delivery and issues in the field.
Track progress and efficiencies for future enhancement.
Adapt to changing conditions and schedules throughout the life of the projects. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years' experience in site logistics and/or project coordination.
Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Up to 75% of the time developing this organization and learning our product and processes.
Up to 40% of the time after the initial 9 months of assessing and building the appropriate team
General work environment - This position is performed primarily on active construction sites. Activity includes sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

$131,400.00-$197,100.00 AnnualThe pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
