The IT Program Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring plans, budgets, and timelines are executed effectively from requirements through post-production support. The position oversees cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders while owning the program roadmap, sprint planning, release governance, and backlog prioritization to keep initiatives aligned with business goals. Oversee the activities of different project teams and ensure project plans are established and executed
Review and/or approve adjustments in project costs
Schedule and oversee meetings for IT projects
