The Electrical Lighting Designer II is a mid-level designer responsible for creating marked drawings, model development, and other documents showing equipment and device layouts and branch circuiting for power, lighting, and auxiliary drawings. In addition, this position provides calculations and documentation for the design of lighting and power systems, as well as details as required to define and clarify the intent of the design on drawings. This position requires moderate dotted-line supervision by a Designer III, an Engineer, the Engineer of Record, the Engineering Team Lead, or the Director of Engineering.
Utilize visual lighting software and energy codes (such as International Energy Conservation Code and Title 24") to create lighting designs.
Mark up branch circuit lighting and power plans and fill in panel board schedules with moderate
Perform Energy Code calculations, documentation, and local jurisdiction energy requirements with little supervision.
Apply and perform Rosendin standards for wire sizing, transformer feeders, and protection from published schedules.
Calculate power loads, size feeders, and determine the estimated demand load summary for a distribution system under the direction of a Sr. Designer or an Engineer.
Direct and coordinate signal and low voltage subcontractors with other trades, such as architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, vertical transportation, kitchen equipment, and OFCI systems.
Create details as required to define installation for construction.
Provide the design lead function for small jobs.
Ability to review manufacturer submittals for electrical characteristics.
Layout Electrical Room, including clearances, with minimal oversight.

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. Has overall responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects. Manage and maintain "Strategic Partner" subcontractor and vendor relationships, including verification of timely payment.
