YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The QA/Test Lead is responsible for the quality across Rosendin's enterprise platforms which include Oracle Fusion, Workday, Salesforce and our related financial and HR systems. This role is responsible for the testing strategy, execution and release readiness process for regular updates, enhancements, integrations and various configuration changes.

Primary responsibilities will include establishing and owning the QA operating model, leading requirement reviews and test planning, then applying a risk-based testing approach to prioritize efforts. The role will oversee the manual and automated test development, coordinate smoke and regression testing cycles, and manage defect tracking and resolution within ServiceNow.

The QA/Test Lead will ensure Rosendin's Integrations, payroll processes, financial transactions and critical data flows are valid prior to implementation. The position also provides structured release readiness reporting early in the lifecycle to reduce risk and improve overall stability.

Core Responsibilities

  • Establish and govern the enterprise QA operating model

  • Lead requirement review and test planning activities

  • Define risk-based testing strategy and prioritization

  • Oversee development and maintenance of manual and automated test scripts

  • Coordinate smoke, regression, enhancement, performance, and data validation testing

  • Manage defect lifecycle and prioritization within ServiceNow

  • Ensure validation of integrations, APIs, payroll, and financial data flows

  • Deliver structured test closure reporting and release readiness recommendations

  • Embed QA early in the development lifecycle ("Shift Left")

  • Provide cross-functional coordination between IT, application owners, and business stakeholders

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Bachelor's Degree in CS, IT, MIS, or comparable degree

  • Seven or more years of direct QA Test or comparable experience.

  • One or more years of lead/people management experience

  • Experience leading requirement review and test planning activities, including defining risk-based testing strategy and prioritization, delivering structured test closure reporting and release readiness recommendations

  • Experience overseeing development and maintenance of manual and automated test scripts

  • Experience coordinating smoke, regression, enhancement, performance, and data validation testing

  • Experience managing defect lifecycle and prioritization within ServiceNow.

  • Experience validating integrations, APIs, payroll, and financial data flows

  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

  • Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

Pay Range

$128,000.00-$167,900.00 Annual

The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
