The Pursuits Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to project pursuits and supporting the efforts surrounding the National, Regional and Divisional Business Development plans.
Manage pursuit support team including staff development, mentorship, training, and hiring.
Manage workload of pursuit support team, setting priorities and schedules based on the needs of leadership, the business development team and in support of corporate initiatives.
Accountable for the development and quality control of proposal, qualifications, and collateral which are directly related to business development and preconstruction activities.
Develop strategy for project pursuits in concert with the Business Development team and the Operations team (qualification packages, technical proposals, and project-based presentations).
Supervise the ongoing development and refinement of content that tells compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.

Accountable for the development and maintenance of accurate and complete information, on the Business Development SharePoint and other informational resource sites.
Conduct pursuit and collateral‐related workshops/training for necessary internal staff.
Direct and assist in research of markets and clients, sharing relevant information with other offices.
Serve as a communication link between Marketing, Operations, and corporate resources, supporting activities and efficacy of efforts.
Collaborate with office leadership and Marketing Department to develop and execute specific communications initiatives to raise visibility of the firm and position key staff as design and knowledge leaders.
Support the Marketing Department as needed with website content, the development of collateral materials, advertising, corporate identity implementations and special events.

Your Next Opportunity
The Senior Procurement Category Specialist responsible for development and implementation of procurement strategies for various categories as assigned, which are in alignment with Rosendin objectives for cost, quality, and schedule. The position focuses on achieving "best cost" while improving efficiencies throughout the procurement process from estimate to contract close-out to drive savings and efficiency across the company.
What You\'ll Do
Assist in the development of category strategy to achieve financial value-add and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through detailed analysis of the category portfolio including consolidation of supplier base and spend across all geographical areas. Address key operating priorities including performance management, safety, and compliance.
Assess work streams and activities for consolidation opportunities. Assess current and future business processes for best work practice, and/or technological fit based on external market and industry practices.
Closely monitor the global supply market with regards to pricing & commodity trends, supplier capacity, supplier news, industry news and new product developments
Aggressively pursue defined Category Management (CM) strategy to ensure competitive advantage for Rosendin and to position Rosendin as a market leader and preferred client of our key suppliers.
Develop and implement metrics to monitor area of responsibility, identify gaps, and implement action plans to remediate. Understand, assess, and anticipate the internal/external strategic landscape of Supply Chain and how these impact the projects.
Proactively challenge current procurement, estimating, and cost tracking practices to drive improved results.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to resolve complex issues, while executing advanced organizational readiness change management strategies.
Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization.
Ensure that strategies for assigned categories evolve to adequately address changing market conditions.
Assist in negotiating Master Agreements with key suppliers
Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks/KPI\'s for suppliers and commodities against Rosendin\'s projects and divisions.

5-7 years\' experience in a procurement, contract management, project management or related role

Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full- time, or part-time staffing for positions with our company.
Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Participating in developing, implementing, and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
Be proactive in networking, cold calling, and "deep diving" into passive candidate networks throughout various markets
Handles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. Interacts with various levels of management, employees, applicants, and vendors.
Manages college recruitment program initiatives from coordinating events to attending events as a Company representative.
Manages job postings and announcements, applicant correspondence, employee resumes, employment application forms, scheduling interviews, etc.
Maintains applicant files in line with company policies and government regulations. Retains records in line with company record retention requirements. Considerable filing, faxing, copying, distribution of materials, etc.
Develop relationships and create new relationships with recruiting contacts in the community.
Create and maintain statistical and/or compliance reporting.
Assist in the immigration process (H1-B).
The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position\'s role within the business unit.
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related discipline
Bachelor\'s degree preferred
Additional HR certifications a plus (PHR, SHRM-CP)
Minimum 3 years\' recruitment experience
Experience with an HRIS and ATS database; (Taleo Preferred)
Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent
Strong active and passive candidate sourcing skills
High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentation
Strong organizational, record-keeping and follow-up skills
Attention to detail is necessary; strong analytical skills favored
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle a plus
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

General work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level is typically low to medium; it can be loud on a job site.
