YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays an important role in streamlining the hiring process, , and assisting the organization in meeting its overall hiring objectives. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining accurate records. You will be the face of our company to many candidates and help create a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  • Assist with candidate travel as needed

  • Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases

  • Maintain meticulous records and track progress of candidates in the pre-hire process to ensure all candidates have completed required tasks

  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards as needed

  • Prepare and send offer letters and other onboarding documentation

  • Verifies details of jobs and candidates in Workday

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process

  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events

  • Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs

  • Participates on project teams as assigned

  • Ideate on creative solutions for challenges

  • Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Comfortable being on the phone regularly.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday is preferred)

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or HR support role required with an associate's degree preferred.

TRAVEL:

  • Up to 10%

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • General work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning

  • Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
