The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Division and/or specific departments as assigned. This position will provide general assistance to all levels of staff.
Act as liaison between supervisor and others (i.e., departments, external contacts, vendors, clients, etc.).
Provide prompt and professional service to all internal and external clients.
Prepares and distributes internal communications and serves as a central clearing position for general information.
Oversee/process day-to-day administrative items: mail, overnight mail, packages, expense reports, checks, courier services, maintain office supplies, etc.
Performs filing, typing, data input and other clerical support to all other departments and personnel, as directed.
Answer inquiries and/or directs calls to appropriate staff, and takes messages, as necessary.
Coordinate and initiate meetings and travel arrangements for the Department. Arrange schedules for management staff.
Maintain supervisor's calendar, schedule meetings and conference rooms for Department.
Compose and/or edit/distribute letters, memos, reports, and other departmental correspondence on time.
Provide support by photocopying, filing, and sending faxes as needed.
Pulls and put files to dead storage as required.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Cost Accountant is responsible for ensuring all project accounting functions required to support successful execution of projects are completed. This includes project setup, budget and change order reviews/approvals, activity code setup, work-in-progress reporting, cost transfers, and budget vs actual analysis. . The Cost Accountant is an integral part of the project team and will report directly to a Regional Accounting Manager or a Regional Controller. The position acts as a resource to Project Operations and our internal customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform special project audits and analysis as required. Including cost vs. budget review, billing vs. cost, and tracking projected margin throughout the project duration.
Assist and coordinate accounting functions with other project offices as needed.
Coordinate with external auditors on annual and special audit functions related to contracts, as necessary.
Utilize Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP accounting software to perform journal entries, enter budgets, and open new projects.
Assist in training Oracle system to Operation staff.
Provide support for other departments and projects to assist in their administrative needs.
Coordinate with other corporate financial and accounting management staff to assure timely and accurate operations between the financial functions.
Work with Operations management monthly to review job status for proper recognition of profit. Some travel may be required.

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. Has overall responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects. Assists in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to achieve established corporate goals and support the corporate mission statement.
Provide operational oversight in the areas of client management, procedural issues, financial and reporting issues, and workforce planning and analysis.
Actively manage the workload, professional development, and client development skills of project management staff.
Promote positive customer relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all contractors, subcontractors and vendors, and continually instilling this philosophy in the project team with regard to safety, quality, customer service and profitability.
Initiate, execute, and document a quality job start-up meeting for your project(s).
Manage and maintain "Strategic Partner" subcontractor and vendor relationships, including verification of timely payment.
Perform monthly project reviews with project teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality of work, safety, administration and profitability.
Analyze available and qualified personnel and make specific project assignments to meet project needs.
Assist the PMs and Superintendents with resolution of specific issues and requests.

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. Has overall responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects. Assists in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to achieve established corporate goals and support the corporate mission statement.

The Manager of Procurement is responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective supply chain within the assigned region. The Manager of Procurement executes procurement transactions, plans, prioritizes, assigns, supervises and reviews work of staff responsible for procurement including technical and specialized procurement of supplies, equipment, and services within their assigned region. The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing HR people management and administrative support which includes acting as broker and partner with various People Department functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and HR Shared Services to provide solutions to a wide variety of employee questions and concerns. Uses working knowledge of the business to support strategic initiatives in partnership with the HRBPs utilizing the various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers
Main point of contact for field and front-line management employees for human resources information and assistance.
Handles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. Interacts with various levels of management, vendors, employees, and employee dependents.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, terminations).
Assists and supports HRBPs in the design, communication, and execution of strategic People department initiatives in support of the business.This will include data analysis, audits, program design, communication, and training delivery.
Maintains, and is responsible for, data integrity by either entering any required employee change information (new hires, job changes, terminations, promotions, transfers, etc.). Updates changes to employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll, benefit carriers, and other internal/external areas.
Provides guidance in solving HR-related questions or issues related to comp and benefits, PTO, processes, or policy.Partners with Shared Services as necessary.
Investigates and recommends corrective actions to resolve workplace issues or complaints.Partners with HRBPs and/or the Legal department as necessary.
Assists with new hire orientation as needed.May include coordinating required paperwork, scheduling, and delivering content.
Supports the local college recruitment program initiatives from coordinating events to attending events as a Company representative.
Supports the coordination of special projects and events, including benefits open enrollment, recognition events, performance appraisals, training, company events,etc.
Acts as a liaison with other HR Functions to provide tactical solutions for the business.
Handle performance improvement plans, progressive discipline, and other employee relations issues, working with the HRBP on escalated items.
Basic knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, risk evaluation, and regulatory compliance related to FMLA, leaves of absences, return to work, ADA, NLRA, etc. Partners with the legal department and/or HRBPs as needed/required.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention through management partnership and employee feedback systems or surveys.
Works with managers to identify skill or knowledge gaps and delivers or coordinates training in response dependent on topic.

Basic understanding of Labor Law to include both State and Federal statues as well as basic familiarity with the NLRA.
Understand basic concepts of risk analysis and management with the ability to exercise judgement in ambiguous situations where clear courses of action may not be present.
Basic understanding of compensation philosophies and practices with the ability to recognize issues and apply established programs to address.
Basic data analytics and interpretation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow- up skills.
High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentation
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle and SharePoint -Preferred
Ability to reconcile and provide benefit guidance
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 3 years of experience.

The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing HR people management and administrative support which includes acting as broker and partner with various People Department functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and HR Shared Services to provide solutions to a wide variety of employee questions and concerns. Uses working knowledge of the business to support strategic initiatives in partnership with the HRBPs utilizing the various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers
Main point of contact for field and front-line management employees for human resources information and assistance.
Handles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. Interacts with various levels of management, vendors, employees, and employee dependents.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, terminations).
Assists and supports HRBPs in the design, communication, and execution of strategic People department initiatives in support of the business.This will include data analysis, audits, program design, communication, and training delivery.
Maintains, and is responsible for, data integrity by either entering any required employee change information (new hires, job changes, terminations, promotions, transfers, etc.). Updates changes to employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll, benefit carriers, and other internal/external areas.
Provides guidance in solving HR-related questions or issues related to comp and benefits, PTO, processes, or policy.Partners with Shared Services as necessary.
Investigates and recommends corrective actions to resolve workplace issues or complaints.Partners with HRBPs and/or the Legal department as necessary.
Assists with new hire orientation as needed.May include coordinating required paperwork, scheduling, and delivering content.
Supports the local college recruitment program initiatives from coordinating events to attending events as a Company representative.
Supports the coordination of special projects and events, including benefits open enrollment, recognition events, performance appraisals, training, company events,etc.
Acts as a liaison with other HR Functions to provide tactical solutions for the business.
Handle performance improvement plans, progressive discipline, and other employee relations issues, working with the HRBP on escalated items.
Basic knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, risk evaluation, and regulatory compliance related to FMLA, leaves of absences, return to work, ADA, NLRA, etc. Partners with the legal department and/or HRBPs as needed/required.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention through management partnership and employee feedback systems or surveys.
Works with managers to identify skill or knowledge gaps and delivers or coordinates training in response dependent on topic.

Basic understanding of Labor Law to include both State and Federal statues as well as basic familiarity with the NLRA.
Understand basic concepts of risk analysis and management with the ability to exercise judgement in ambiguous situations where clear courses of action may not be present.
Basic understanding of compensation philosophies and practices with the ability to recognize issues and apply established programs to address.
Basic data analytics and interpretation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow- up skills.
High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentation
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle and SharePoint -Preferred
Ability to reconcile and provide benefit guidance
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 3 years of experience.
