The Assistant Project Manager is an entry-level project management position and is expected to learn and develop competency in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities. In addition, the APM is responsible for providing administrative and construction support for our Project Management team.
Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, (Return for Information), and meeting minutes.
Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, including planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures, and standards are maintained, etc.
Maintain change orders, submittal, and document (drawing) control logs. Prepare required logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.
Responsible for contract submittals that are accurate and timely.
Responsible for creating and issuing the Subcontractors' contracts.
Responsible for the assembly and timely delivery of the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
Ensure that the project quality control plan is followed.
Interacts with subcontractors to ensure we have obtained the correct documentation and drawing for the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
Responsible for keeping the Warranty Log up to date.
Attend company/project meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc., and provide project management support
Cooperate with and technically assist field personnel assigned to the area of responsibility.
Monitor other contractors' activities and progress.
Responsible for creating the Job Information Sheets and establishing Job Files.

The IT Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing purchase requests from various departments for computer, server, and mobile device hardware needs and all related accessories, as well as software applications
Manage suppliers, research and identify potential vendors/suppliers and monitor and report on vendors' performance.
Manages and oversees all processes necessary for the acquisition of IT materials and services.
Interfaces with internal customers to provide proactive customer service and support.
Places orders with vendors, including recurring orders as required, and maintains predetermined inventory level of equipment.
Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing to our predefined standards; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives if necessary.

The IT Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing purchase requests from various departments for computer, server, and mobile device hardware needs and all related accessories, as well as software applications

The Electrical Services Specialist is responsible for providing overall administrative and service support for small recurring and non-recurring work, including service contracts, projects, and work orders.
Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs, (Return for Information), and project meeting minutes.

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. The Superintendent is responsible for a specific area of directing, training, and administrating the efforts for all Subcontractors. The Superintendent communicates on a regular basis with the Project Manager and Subcontractor Divisions regarding projects, project timelines, and project startups and staffing required.
Meets on a regular basis with the Project Manager and subcontractors to co-ordinate the standardization of processes and resolution of mutual concerns.
Works with the Project Manager in the establishment of new hiring processes and procedures for field personnel.
Scheduling and coordination of material to ship to job site.
Oversee and ensure that all projects in specific area are completed to forecast.
Oversees the Safety Program and assures that all Safety Standards are being met and maintained.
Ensure that the Field Staff follow pertinent government regulations and contract documents.
Assign field staffing that will meet or exceed the project timelines and budgets in conjunction with the Director of Production.
Coordinate with the Tools/Equipment Manager regarding tools and inventory as required for projects.
Manages the Production and Field Staffing Team for a specific area. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the field staff.
Assists in the interviewing, hiring, and training of the Field Staff and the support staff.
Assists in the development of training programs for Field Staffing that ensures our Company excellence.
Conducts area Production and Field Staff meetings when required.
