The Senior Preconstruction Manager is responsible for preparing major projects for Operations with the capabilities and personality to develop new business opportunities by building relationships with general contractors, consultants, trade partners, and owners. This role will primarily focus on design-build and may also include engineered jobs including overseeing the Pre-Construction Managers activities
Maintain a thorough project details list that includes bridging documents, design and/or drawing updates, through pricing and proposal submission
Strategically plan and organize the design of the project, including attending client design meetings to review cost savings and construct-ability.

The HSE Specialist I is an entry-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. Assists in site inspections, hazard identification, incident investigations, training, and compliance documentation to promote a safe work environment. Contributes to planning, audits, and safety initiatives to align with company and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities to maintain effective working relationships.
Support and promote the company's safety program and local incident prevention initiatives to reduce risk behaviors.
Assist in implementing project based-safety programs aligned with strategic goals.
Contributes to pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
Help prepare and deliver safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.
Contribute to the development and review of job hazard analyses to identify risks and control measures.

Assist in developing routine HSE project plans and specifications.

The Electrical Services Executive is responsible for providing overall management/direction for large recurring and non-recurring work, including service contracts, projects, and work orders.
Provide initial client contact to assess client needs for their facility or service call.
Prepare a complete estimate and budget for the service contract, project, or service call with a detailed review of client requirements.
Provide guidance and management for the Electrical Services Manager(s).
Directly manages a team of Electrical Services Managers to provide oversight for contracts and projects based on the complexity of individual projects and additional support required.
Provide technical review for all bid estimates proposed to ensure all requirements are met.
Track terms and rates negotiated with clients for facilitating and sustaining service accounts to ensure consistency across client accounts.
Executes Business Development with existing clients.
Coordination with Rosendin Engineering for bid estimates and active projects.
Manage financial aspects of contracts with the Project Assistant or Service Coordinator to protect the company\'s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client to ensure profitability of this function.
Develop and maintain relationships with large service accounts to expand relationships across multiple locations.
Prepare monthly cost reports under the supervision of a Division Manager.
Schedule regular visits with sustaining service accounts to assure client satisfaction.
Fulfill division objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.
Maintain a complete knowledge of the status of all projects. Instill and promote a "win-win" attitude with the service drivers to ensure successful, profitable work for the company as well as a satisfied customer. Coordinate efforts with Business Development Group.
Monitor overall quantity and quality of work performed by service drivers and support personnel. Execute organization\'s programs, policies, standards, and procedures consistent with corporate.
Assume additional responsibilities as required by the division\'s operating needs or as directed by the Division Manager.

The Estimator II is a mid-level professional responsible for preparing and completing bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. The Estimator II solves a range of straightforward problems and assembles construction costs by collecting and studying information, evaluating bid specifications and drawings, to ensure they understand what is required to bid on and win the project successfully, and can present the project cost to Senior leadership. With moderate guidance and direction, the Estimator II provides overall support for small- to medium-sized projects, assisted by a senior-level estimator.
Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and requirements.

The Estimator II is a mid-level professional responsible for preparing and completing bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. The Procurement Team Lead will manage a work group responsible for the procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, permanent plant materials, and small tools and supplies. This position is a ‘working manager' role that will execute contractual obligations while providing oversight, support, and mentorship to Procurement Agents and Sr. Procurement Agents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Monitor, evaluate, and mentor working team on meeting or exceeding performance goals and expectations.

The HSE Manager I is a mid-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and leads the implementation or Project Safety Plans, and oversight of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. Responsibilities include plan development and implementation, hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position also involves mentoring junior team members and collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe and productive work environment. May act as a team lead for Non-Exempt safety employees.
Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for hazardous conditions; ensure timely resolution.
Participate in pre-construction meetings and development of site-specific safety plans.
Deliver safety training based on program and personnel needs.
Lead injury and incident investigations; conduct analysis and share lessons learned.
Support pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure understanding and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with field leadership to identify training needs and high-risk activities.
Ensure compliance with LOTO procedures and first-time energization protocols.
Review Step-by-Steps and Method of Procedures (MOPs).
Issue and monitor permits as required.
Interpret project one-line diagrams.
Apply NFPA 70E guidelines, including PPE and approach distances.
Maintain advanced knowledge of company HSE standards, programs, and goals.
Promote a safe and productive environment by reinforcing and demonstrating HSE standards across projects.
Lead and mentor junior safety team members.
Compile and analyze safety data; prepare reports in compliance with regulations.
Assist with emergency planning as needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Expert understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, and supporting administrative practices.

4-year related degree and 4 years related experience plus CHST certification or 7 years relevant experience and CHST.
Ability to spend 80% of working time on active construction sites.

General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
