SUMMARY
The Business System Analyst is responsible for tier 2 support on issues that arise for the sustainment of our Enterprise Applications which include Cloud and Mobile Applications. The position will work as technical resource for all Enterprise Applications like Rosendin Time, ACC Build and other in-house applications. The position will be part of a professional team providing a single point of contact for the efficient resolution of end-user application problems and requests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Requirement gathering, documentation, exploring existing features for a good fit, and implementing new features and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tier-2 issues on Enterprise Applications, Mobile Applications, related hardware, and software issues in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues utilizing excellent customer service skills, critical thinking skills, and technical thinking/reasoning skills.
- Coordinate with Vendor teams to report Bugs and enhancements as requested by the User community.
- Identify potential system problems and escalate to other departments as necessary for resolution.
- Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations on response time.
- Identify and resolve issues by recommending modifications to business processes.
- Documentation of Training Manuals, functional specifications, and end-user requirements.
- Coordinate and implement plans to test business and functional processes and quality assurance testing.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Support the implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
- Train end-users on enterprise applications over a Webex meeting or in-person meetings.
- Thorough testing of all software upgrades and application enhancements before rollout to the team.
- Interface with end users to identify potential needs and opportunities for software solutions.
- Provide customers with attentive, courteous, and informative service.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies, create and maintain detailed process flows, future state design, and functional design documents for the functional area supported.
- Experience in executing functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) with specific experience in developing, documenting, and executing UAT.
- Strong technical knowledge to understand the application processes and integrations.
- Ability to develop, modify, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's in information technology, Computer/Information Science, or related discipline
- 4 or more years of experience as a Business Systems analyst and with software applications such as ACC Build, Rosendin Time, and Mobile Applications
- Combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Technical knowledge of Mobile Applications, Application Administration activities.
- Candidate must possess excellent communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills overall.
- Candidate must be comfortable training small or large groups of people on Enterprise Applications.
- Effective communication & customer service skills with the ability to stay on task when working independently.Must be able to organize and manage multiple tasks in a challenging environment.
- Construction industry knowledge is highly preferred
- Must be able to learn and implement new applications.
- Must be an initiative-taker, proactive, and able to interface with end users to prioritize issues.
- Knowledge of standard Microsoft software applications, i.e., Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Visio, is required.
- Experience in the Rollout of mobile applications
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
- Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a cheerful outlook.
- Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position.
- Ability to be an initiative-taking and effective collaborator.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

$82,000.00-$107,600.00 Annual
