YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Lead will partner closely with business leaders and human resources teammates at all levels of the organization and across multiple corporate functions. This role drives strategic recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and hire top-tier corporate talent. These efforts support Rosendin's growth and strategic objectives. This role will consult with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their business and talent needs and develops tailored recruitment strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own the end-to-end talent acquisition process for corporate functions and critical roles, ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Lead and execute recruitment-related projects in the corporate function that meets the desired hiring outcomes.

  • Develop and own strategic search plans, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.

  • Serve as a mentor and assist in training other corporate recruiters on the team.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and compensation team to develop and refine job descriptions and specifications.

  • Deliver weekly hiring reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and keep stakeholders informed on requisition progress.

  • Extend offers, close candidates and perform reference checks.

  • Lead hiring event planning and execution, this includes in-person job fairs, virtual job fairs, outreach events, digital campaigns, etc.

  • Create and manage roles in our Workday ATS.

  • Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool for each of your open positions through multiple sources including employee referrals, databases, social media sites, and other avenues.

  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience against the job requirements.

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process; create and ensure a positive candidate experience (for both selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.

  • Proactively source through digital platforms, job fairs, schools, social media, community outreach and passive candidate strategies, building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified corporate professionals.

  • Analyze market research to identify new markets, competition trends, and target untapped talent pools.

  • Contribute to operational excellence of continually improving TA policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Advanced knowledge in at least 1-2 corporate functions and develops ongoing in-depth understanding of the business to assist leadership in developing Talent Acquisition strategies to support long term business objectives.

  • Attend industry, diversity, and college career fairs, events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build a robust talent pipeline.

  • Maintain requisition data integrity of Application Tracking System

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Minimum of 7 years of corporate/G&A recruiting experience, with 1 year of recruiting leadership/mentoring/training experience.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Intermediate to advanced sourcing skills experience in finding hard-to-fill talent.

  • Demonstrated experience managing senior leadership (Director and above) level searches.

  • Demonstrated experience handling stakeholder escalations.

  • Proven ability to effectively build and manage effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Proven ability to consistently deliver on hiring deadlines and execute in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills. Includes strong oral, written and closing communication skills.

  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.

  • Ability to apply project management skills to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to influence hiring managers using positive persuasion.

  • Ability to use creativity and innovation.

  • Strong understanding of the labor market and how to use data to make decisions.

  • Solid ability to conduct behavioral and skills-based interviews.

  • Hands on experience with full lifecycle recruiting.

  • Curiosity and drive to become the subject matter expert Rosendin's business and the markets you support.

  • The ability to make cold calls to prospective candidates.

  • Experience working well with regionally dispersed teams and can work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Workday ATS experience

  • Experience in talent acquisition for corporate roles

  • Skilled in identifying and hiring talent within the construction/engineering/electrical industry.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

  • Solid understanding of one or more of the following industries: Data Centers, Chip Manufacturing, Medical Buildings, Utility scale renewables, or general construction.

  • High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentation

  • Strong organizational, record-keeping and follow-up skills

  • Attention to detail is necessary; strong analytical skills favored.

  • Experience developing and supporting TA Processes & Programs

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities, as necessary.

  • Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.

  • Oral and written communication skills as required for the position.

  • Ability to easily shift recruitment direction and priorities based on the ever-changing critical business needs.

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of employment laws and OFCCP compliance.

TRAVEL:

  • Up to 25%

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

  • Noise level is typically low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

Pay Range

$120,500.00-$158,200.00 Annual
