The Service Manager is responsible for providing overall management and direction for several small projects and multiple service calls.
Provide initial client contact to assess client needs for their facility or service call.
Prepare a complete estimate, budget for the service call or small project with a detailed review of client requirements.
Negotiate and maintain terms and rates with clients for facilitating and sustaining service accounts.
Manage financial aspects of contracts with the service project assistant (progress billings, rental equipment, income / expenses) to protect the company\'s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client to ensure profitability of this function.
Prepare monthly cost reports under the supervision of a Division Manager.
Schedule regular visits with sustaining service accounts to assure client satisfaction.
Fulfill division objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.
Maintain a complete knowledge of the status of all projects. Instill and promote a "win-win" attitude with the service drivers to ensure successful, profitable work for the company as well as a satisfied customer. Coordinate efforts with Business Development Group.
Monitor overall quantity and quality of work performed by service drivers and support personnel. Execute organization\'s programs, policies, standards, and procedures consistent with corporate.

The Project Manager I is a mid-level project management position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project supporting senior project management.
Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, and maintaining all company/project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact. This will include the assessment of the scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to complete a project successfully.
Responsible for preparing a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid form.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the guidelines of corporate policies.
Supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project. Negotiate all change orders on the project.
Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines and under supervision.
Supervise the preparation of all change quotations for presentation to the prime client and assist in negotiating all change quotations to a conclusion.
Prepare monthly costing reports under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationships with the client.
Review any documentation prepared by Assistant Project Manager before submission.
Represent the company in project meetings under the guidance of PM II or Sr. Project Manager.

The Senior Project Scheduler is the Lead Scheduler on each project assigned to him or her. The Senior Project Scheduler is ultimately responsible for driving the development and implementation of project schedule. Keeping both Site Project Management and Corporate Management updated and informed with the project vitality. Able to identify potential delays and impacts in advance of project delays. The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. Has overall responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects. The Project Manager I - MPS is a mid-level Project Management position responsible for managing smaller-scale projects, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with internal stakeholders members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget, while receiving guidance and mentorship from Head of Projects. The Project Manager I answer client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require travel.

The Project Manager I - MPS is a mid-level Project Management position responsible for managing smaller-scale projects, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with internal stakeholders members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget, while receiving guidance and mentorship from Head of Projects. The Project Manager I answer client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require travel.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Review and thorough understand work orders and service agreements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Earn trust amongst peers within account relationships.
Create agenda and guide the Kickoff Meeting presentation to all stakeholders of the fulfillment team
Monitor and communicate status or concerns impacting the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Recognize new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts)
Contribute and present program metrics for the client business reviews.
Maintain and enhance relationships with BD team to identify and grow opportunities.

Manage ongoing customer's site requirements.
Act as a single point of contact, own the proposal process internally.

Negotiate and create all change orders on projects for internal approval.

The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing HR people management and administrative support which includes acting as broker and partner with various People Department functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and HR Shared Services to provide solutions to a wide variety of employee questions and concerns. The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing HR people management and administrative support which includes acting as broker and partner with various People Department functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and HR Shared Services to provide solutions to a wide variety of employee questions and concerns. Uses working knowledge of the business to support strategic initiatives in partnership with the HRBPs utilizing the various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers
Main point of contact for field and front-line management employees for human resources information and assistance.
Handles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. Interacts with various levels of management, vendors, employees, and employee dependents.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, terminations).
Assists and supports HRBPs in the design, communication, and execution of strategic People department initiatives in support of the business.This will include data analysis, audits, program design, communication, and training delivery.

Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention through management partnership and employee feedback systems or surveys.
Works with managers to identify skill or knowledge gaps and delivers or coordinates training in response dependent on topic.

The Engineering Team Lead is an engineering management position responsible for providing technical engineering oversight and design team management for engineering projects for which they are assigned. This technical management role is responsible for financial, resource allocation, logistic and technical leadership of projects and has the capability to mentor and train staff under their supervision.

Working knowledge of equipment and system testing and commissioning.
The ability to assume responsibility, interface, and coordinate with others.
The ability to analyze and resolve complex engineering problems.
The ability to oversee Electrical System Studies such as: Short Circuit, Overcurrent Protection, Arc Flash, Voltage Drop/Droop, and Underground Thermal Calculations.
Management skills are required, including work planning, resource management, fee development, staff oversight, staff development and advancement planning.
Knowledge of electrical construction sufficient to understand how design packages will be built.
Fluency with Building Codes and Local Codes in the local area of projects.
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, Trade Partners and others

General work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level is typically low to medium; it can be loud on a job site.
Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
