The HR Operations Manager oversees the successful execution of HR processes and technologies to drive an efficient and optimal employee experience. Your responsibilities include reviewing and approving budgets, implementing new company policies, and maintaining internal HR systems and records. Well-developed communication skills that excel in de-escalating difficult or emotional situations with fairness, professionalism, and sensitivity. This skill set requires understanding employees' perspectives while confidently adhering to policies, rules, regulations, and precedents.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Manage the HR Generalist and HR Operations team, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination, and other personnel actions.
Set team goals and deliverables, assess team performance against those goals, and evaluate individual readiness for career progression based on business needs.
Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
Build and maintain the company handbook.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Oversee the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on HR operations and trends.
Work with the VP of People and other COE leaders to develop HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Ensure that HR processes are completed within designated timeframes, such as processing new hire paperwork, conducting performance evaluations, and delivering benefits enrollment materials.
The ability to ensure that the organization is following all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to HR processes.
HR Operations Managers are responsible for managing a significant amount of employee data, including payroll information, benefits information, and employee records.
HR Operations Managers should continuously evaluate HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team of HR professionals

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in HRIS systems, Oracle, and or Workday preferred, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a lead/supervisory role
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Up to 40% as needed
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors, with varying environmental conditions, including fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the job site.

Pay Range
$99,800.00-$131,000.00 AnnualThe pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
