YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The IT QA Test Specialist is responsible for supporting the quality across Rosendin's enterprise platforms which include Oracle Fusion, Workday, Salesforce and our related financial and HR systems. This role is responsible for supporting the testing strategy, execution and release readiness process for regular updates, enhancements, integrations and various configuration changes.

Primary responsibilities will include supporting the QA operating model. This role will create manual and automated test scripts, gap/trend/root-cause analysis, and create/maintain reports and documentation. Collaborate with SMEs to identify/resolve/anticipate testing needs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create Test Scripts for Software including but not limited to Oracle Fusion Custom Applications, Workday, Salesforce, etc.

  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation and reporting data

  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of defects etc.

  • Gap analysis. Root causes analysis of defects etc.

  • Convert from existing testing manually run scripts into scheduled automated tests

  • Collaborate with SMEs to address and fix issues as they arise in testing

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Bachelor Degree in CS, IT, MIS, or comparable degree

  • Two or more years of direct QA Test or comparable experience.

  • Experience creation and maintenance of manual and automated test scripts

  • Experience in smoke, regression, enhancement, performance, and data validation testing

  • Experience defect lifecycle and prioritization within ServiceNow.

  • Experience in integrations, APIs, payroll, and financial data flows

  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

  • Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.

Pay Range

$91,200.00-$119,700.00 Annual

The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
