YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Principal Program Manager, Recruiting Systems is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of our global talent acquisition technology ecosystem. This role serves as a subject-matter expert and strategic advisor to the Talent Acquisition, People Technology, and IT organizations, ensuring that our recruiting systems, tools, intranet, and workflows deliver seamless experiences for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.

You will own complex, cross-functional projects that enhance scalability, compliance, and data integrity across all recruiting systems, and partner closely with stakeholders to advance digital transformation and operational excellence within Talent Acquisition

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Technology & System Ownership

  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, and enhancement of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform, and associated recruiting tools.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with IT, People Technology, and external vendors to ensure system integrations are stable, secure, and compliant.

  • Drive the long-term roadmap for recruiting technology, identifying opportunities for automation, improved analytics, and workflow efficiency.

  • Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy, reporting readiness, and alignment with enterprise metrics.

Program Management & Process Excellence

  • Design and manage the recruiting systems program lifecycle, from business case development and requirements gathering through delivery and sustainment

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements and ensure successful implementation through structured project management.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and self-service resources for recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers.

  • Manage the Recruiting Operations ticketing system, ensuring efficient intake, prioritization, and resolution of requests.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead vendor evaluations, renewals, and performance reviews for recruiting technology providers, ensuring strong service delivery and ROI.

  • Build trusted partnerships across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HRIS, IT, and Legal to align system capabilities with enterprise priorities.

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex issues related to recruiting systems and process automation.

Governance, Compliance, and Optimization

  • Ensure recruiting technology and workflows adhere to all applicable data-privacy, OFCCP, and EEO compliance standards.

  • Establish consistent governance for user access, audit trails, and system permissions.

  • Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to simplify user experience, reduce manual work, and elevate recruiting team productivity

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Proven expertise launching Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms (e.g., Workday Recruiting, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Avature, or similar).

  • Demonstrated ability to translate recruiting operational needs into scalable system and process solutions.

  • Strong understanding of data architecture, reporting, and system integrations across HR ecosystems.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record of influencing across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience managing vendors, service agreements, and procurement processes.

  • Working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as OFCCP, GDPR, and CCPA as they relate to recruiting data.

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Technology, or Recruiting Systems, with at least 5 years leading enterprise-level system implementations or programs.

TRAVEL:

  • Up to 25 % as needed

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors, with varying environmental conditions, including fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

  • Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the job site.

Pay Range

$128,000.00-$167,900.00 Annual

The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
