The Field Payroll Accountant is responsible for establishing and maintaining payroll tables to control pay rates and fringe benefit rates in accordance with union agreements.
Assist with processing monthly fringe benefit reporting, transmittals, and payments to all unions.
Assist in Prevailing Wage reporting and audits. Reconcile Fringe Benefit accruals against payments and GL.
Interpret union contracts and process the upload of union rate & fringe changes.
Keep alert for Prevailing Wage/Certified Payroll requirements and process appropriate set-ups.
Set-up new union job and fringe structures in Oracle. Work with trust funds on monthly reporting requirements.
Set-up and maintain fringe reporting requirements in Access.
Process Certified Payroll, both online and paper copies.
Work with other departments to correct and re-file certified payrolls as needed.
Implement and maintain union portability accruals, payments, and payroll deductions for out-of- area agreements.

This role is responsible for ensuring that all service calls, repairs, and small construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The SPM leads client relationships, coordinates field and office teams, and drives growth within the service and small projects division.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks.
Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project
Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project.
Train and effectively supervise a Project Assistant in the maintenance of project required tracking devices.

As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting, while also supporting treasury, cash flow management, and broader finance responsibilities. This role works with the Controller and other key stakeholders to drive performance and provide insights that guide decision-making. The ideal candidate is comfortable building models, analyzing performance, and engaging with project managers and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsible for annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Provide variance analysis against budget/forecast and identify performance drivers.
Develop and maintain financial models for budget to actual analysis.
Create dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
Support cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and liquidity planning.
Collaborate with operations and project management to evaluate performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve margins and operational efficiency.
Enhance financial reporting processes and ensure data integrity across systems.
Identify opportunities to streamline planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
Build high performing team that partners with all stakeholders both internally/externally within the organization.

As the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and reporting, while also supporting treasury, cash flow management, and broader finance responsibilities. This role is highly visible, working directly with the Controller and operations leadership to drive performance and provide strategic insights that guide decision-making. SUMMARY
The Field Payroll Processor is responsible for ensuring all employees are paid accurately and timely.
Responsible for maintaining employment records of field personnel. Supports and processes payrolls for up to 500+ employees. An entry/intermediate level supporter and processor.

Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of payroll checks to all site locations. Calculate and prepare manual layoff/termination/adjustment checks.
Verify accuracy and process new hire paperwork.
Keep accurate control and distribution of payroll-related reports and payments.
Respond to requests for employment verification and unemployment audits/reports.
Respond to requests from Field employees for employee maintenance changes, i.e. address changes, tax form changes, etc.
Direct Deposit input and maintenance including email rejections.
EDD new hire processes, report completion and submissions.
Reprint W2 and paystubs as requested.
Receive and organize department mail.
Run and maintain E-Verify Status report.
Serve as backup to Field Payroll Specialist.
Partners with Field Payroll Specialist as needed for training and development.
