The Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) serves as the region's dedicated strategic marketing and communications business partner reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications, ensuring that marketing and communications efforts align with regional business priorities and enterprise objectives.
The RMM works closely with Regional Leadership, Operations, Business Development, Pursuits, Talent Attraction, Strategy, and Corporate Communications to identify opportunities that enhance growth, strengthen market visibility, support workforce needs, and improve stakeholder engagement.
As the primary liaison between the region and the Marketing & Communications organization, the RMM translates business priorities into integrated marketing and communications strategies that deliver measurable business impact while reinforcing the Rosendin brand.
Communications & Regional Alignment
Serve as the primary liaison between Regional Leadership and Corporate Communications.
Localize and deliver enterprise communications, including announcements, change initiatives, and business updates.
Capture and elevate regional stories, achievements, and community engagement efforts.
Provide insights to improve communication effectiveness and engagement.
Support crisis, reputation, and business continuity communications.
Brand Positioning & Market Presence
Champion and ensure consistent representation of the Rosendin brand across all regional touchpoints.
Identify opportunities to strengthen market visibility, industry recognition, and regional reputation.
Support industry awards, speaking engagements, events, and community outreach efforts.
Partner with Marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs) to maintain brand consistency and maximize impact.
Recruitment & Talent Partnership
Partner with Talent Attraction, Employment Marketing, and regional leadership to support hiring and workforce growth.
Support recruitment marketing and employment branding aligned with workforce planning.
Monitor labor market trends and identify talent opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate on workforce communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Business Partnership
Serve as the lead marketing advisor to regional leadership, Business Development, and Pursuit teams.
Partner early on strategic initiatives, projects, and business opportunities.
Contribute to operational, business development, and strategic planning discussions.
Build trusted relationships and align regional priorities with enterprise marketing initiatives.
Regional Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership
Lead development and execution of regional marketing and communications plans aligned to business priorities.
Translate strategic priorities into integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive growth.
Partner with Marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver initiatives and ensure effective execution.
Drive adoption of enterprise programs and optimize marketing resources for maximum impact and value.
Market Intelligence, Measurement & Optimization
Monitor industry, market, customer, workforce, and competitive trends to inform strategy.
Identify risks and opportunities impacting business growth, talent, and market visibility.
Use data, analytics, and research to guide decision-making and measure performance.
Establish KPIs and evaluate effectiveness, business impact, and ROI.
Deliver reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
Continuously optimize strategies, programs, and processes to improve outcomes and efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or business partnership roles.
Demonstrated success supporting business leaders and developing integrated marketing and communications strategies.
Experience working in complex, matrixed, or multi-regional organizations.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, communications, digital and recruitment marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to influence leaders and align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives.
Data-driven approach, using research, analytics, and performance metrics to inform decisions.
Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
Industry experience (construction, engineering, or professional services) preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing technology platforms.
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
