The HSE Manager I is a mid-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and leads the implementation or Project Safety Plans, and oversight of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. Responsibilities include plan development and implementation, hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Project Manager I is a mid-level project management position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project supporting senior project management.
Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. Has overall responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects. Assists in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to achieve established corporate goals and support the corporate mission statement.
Provide operational oversight in the areas of client management, procedural issues, financial and reporting issues, and workforce planning and analysis.
Actively manage the workload, professional development, and client development skills of project management staff.
Promote positive customer relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all contractors, subcontractors and vendors, and continually instilling this philosophy in the project team with regard to safety, quality, customer service and profitability.
Initiate, execute, and document a quality job start-up meeting for your project(s).
Manage and maintain "Strategic Partner" subcontractor and vendor relationships, including verification of timely payment.
Perform monthly project reviews with project teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality of work, safety, administration and profitability.
Analyze available and qualified personnel and make specific project assignments to meet project needs.
Assist the PMs and Superintendents with resolution of specific issues and requests.
Manage customer relations and change order negotiations.
Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.
Represent the Company at project Senior Management meetings.
Schedule, facilitate, and document project close out meetings. Verify project data sheets and photos (with client\'s permission) for all completed projects.

Take the lead in driving success for Low Voltage projects that power connectivity and security for our clients. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the overall direction, completion, and financial performance of multiple small-to-medium projects or one large-scale initiative. You'll manage and mentor a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead projects involving structured cabling, security systems, access control, audio/visual, and network infrastructure.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks.
Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project
Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project.
Train and effectively supervise a Project Assistant in the maintenance of project required tracking devices.
Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure project is being built on schedule, and within budgets

Proven experience mentoring and managing others.
Business development/heavy client interaction a plus.
Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures;

The Director of Procurement, Center of Excellence is responsible for developing category strategies in support of our regional offices sourcing everything from switchgear and lighting packages to raw copper and conduit. You'll transform our procurement team from a series of local transactions into a national strategic advantage. The Project Manager I is a mid-level electrical project management professional responsible for leading healthcare-related projects from initial planning through final completion, ensuring strict compliance with healthcare facility standards and delivering exceptional client service. This role provides comprehensive project management support for multiple small to medium electrical projects-or one large, complex healthcare project-while partnering closely with senior project management. The Project Manager I coordinates electrical scopes, oversees scheduling and budgeting, and maintains seamless communication with clients, subcontractors, and healthcare facility stakeholders to ensure safe, code‑compliant, and high‑quality project outcomes.
Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.

Supervise the preparation of all change quotations for presentation to the prime client and assist in negotiating all change quotations to a conclusion.
