The Project Manager I is a mid-level project management position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project supporting senior project management.
Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, and maintaining all company/project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact. This will include the assessment of the scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to complete a project successfully.
Responsible for preparing a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid form.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the guidelines of corporate policies.
Supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project. Negotiate all change orders on the project.
Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines and under supervision.
Supervise the preparation of all change quotations for presentation to the prime client and assist in negotiating all change quotations to a conclusion.
Prepare monthly costing reports under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing HR people management and administrative support which includes acting as broker and partner with various People Department functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and HR Shared Services to provide solutions to a wide variety of employee questions and concerns. Uses working knowledge of the business to support strategic initiatives in partnership with the HRBPs utilizing the various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers
Main point of contact for field and front-line management employees for human resources information and assistance.
Handles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. Interacts with various levels of management, vendors, employees, and employee dependents.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, terminations).
Assists and supports HRBPs in the design, communication, and execution of strategic People department initiatives in support of the business.This will include data analysis, audits, program design, communication, and training delivery.
Maintains, and is responsible for, data integrity by either entering any required employee change information (new hires, job changes, terminations, promotions, transfers, etc.). Updates changes to employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll, benefit carriers, and other internal/external areas.
Provides guidance in solving HR-related questions or issues related to comp and benefits, PTO, processes, or policy.Partners with Shared Services as necessary.
Investigates and recommends corrective actions to resolve workplace issues or complaints.Partners with HRBPs and/or the Legal department as necessary.

Works with managers to identify skill or knowledge gaps and delivers or coordinates training in response dependent on topic.

Your Next Opportunity
The Senior Procurement Category Specialist responsible for development and implementation of procurement strategies for various categories as assigned, which are in alignment with Rosendin objectives for cost, quality, and schedule. The position focuses on achieving "best cost" while improving efficiencies throughout the procurement process from estimate to contract close-out to drive savings and efficiency across the company.
What You\'ll Do
Assist in the development of category strategy to achieve financial value-add and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through detailed analysis of the category portfolio including consolidation of supplier base and spend across all geographical areas. Address key operating priorities including performance management, safety, and compliance.
Assess work streams and activities for consolidation opportunities. Assess current and future business processes for best work practice, and/or technological fit based on external market and industry practices.
Closely monitor the global supply market with regards to pricing & commodity trends, supplier capacity, supplier news, industry news and new product developments
Aggressively pursue defined Category Management (CM) strategy to ensure competitive advantage for Rosendin and to position Rosendin as a market leader and preferred client of our key suppliers.
Develop and implement metrics to monitor area of responsibility, identify gaps, and implement action plans to remediate. Understand, assess, and anticipate the internal/external strategic landscape of Supply Chain and how these impact the projects.
Proactively challenge current procurement, estimating, and cost tracking practices to drive improved results.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to resolve complex issues, while executing advanced organizational readiness change management strategies.
Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization.
Ensure that strategies for assigned categories evolve to adequately address changing market conditions.
Assist in negotiating Master Agreements with key suppliers
Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks/KPI\'s for suppliers and commodities against Rosendin\'s projects and divisions.
Assist in the development and implementation of innovative solutions to resolve complex issues, while executing organizational readiness change management strategies.
What You\'ll Need To Be Successful
5-7 years\' experience in a procurement, contract management, project management or related role
Expertise in procurement, estimating, business, and leadership
Demonstrated experience developing procurement category strategies.
Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts with vendors.
Demonstrated experience creating project management plans that specify charter, scope, cost estimates, schedule, milestones and target dates, and risk management plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, driven to succeed, strong critical thinker, and able to think and communicate in terms of process flow
What You Bring To Us
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Management, Operations or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) Certification or Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) Certification preferred.

Assist in the development of category strategy to achieve financial value-add and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through detailed analysis of the category portfolio including consolidation of supplier base and spend across all geographical areas. Address key operating priorities including performance management, safety, and compliance.
Assess work streams and activities for consolidation opportunities. Assess current and future business processes for best work practice, and/or technological fit based on external market and industry practices.
Closely monitor the global supply market with regards to pricing & commodity trends, supplier capacity, supplier news, industry news and new product developments
Aggressively pursue defined Category Management (CM) strategy to ensure competitive advantage for Rosendin and to position Rosendin as a market leader and preferred client of our key suppliers.
Develop and implement metrics to monitor area of responsibility, identify gaps, and implement action plans to remediate. Understand, assess, and anticipate the internal/external strategic landscape of Supply Chain and how these impact the projects.
Proactively challenge current procurement, estimating, and cost tracking practices to drive improved results.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to resolve complex issues, while executing advanced organizational readiness change management strategies.
Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization.
Ensure that strategies for assigned categories evolve to adequately address changing market conditions.
Assist in negotiating Master Agreements with key suppliers
Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks/KPI\'s for suppliers and commodities against Rosendin\'s projects and divisions.

What You\'ll Need To Be Successful
5-7 years\' experience in a procurement, contract management, project management or related role
Expertise in procurement, estimating, business, and leadership
Demonstrated experience developing procurement category strategies.
Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts with vendors.
Demonstrated experience creating project management plans that specify charter, scope, cost estimates, schedule, milestones and target dates, and risk management plans.

The Senior Engineering Team Lead is an advanced-level engineering management position responsible for overseeing larger or more complex project work and may oversee several Engineering Team Leads on an ongoing basis. The Safety Manager administers project safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. They may be responsible for one project or multiple small projects. This role would report to a Senior Safety Manager or Regional Safety Director and potentially manage Safety Coordinators and Field Safety Specialists. This subject matter expert will have significant autonomy contributing technical support to make safety-related decisions.
Lead daily audits of all work areas. Provide safety expertise in response to identified deficiencies and requests for safety assistance. Communication with the project team and field leadership is essential.
Prepare professional reports, conduct safety briefings, act as company spokesperson for site safety issues, research, and answer site safety questions and concerns.
Resolve site safety issues and provide emergency response as needed that arises from sub-contractors, customers, employees, and company managers.

The Safety Manager administers project safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. They may be responsible for one project or multiple small projects. This role would report to a Senior Safety Manager or Regional Safety Director and potentially manage Safety Coordinators and Field Safety Specialists. This subject matter expert will have significant autonomy contributing technical support to make safety-related decisions.
Lead daily audits of all work areas. Provide safety expertise in response to identified deficiencies and requests for safety assistance. Communication with the project team and field leadership is essential.
Prepare professional reports, conduct safety briefings, act as company spokesperson for site safety issues, research, and answer site safety questions and concerns.
Resolve site safety issues and provide emergency response as needed that arises from sub-contractors, customers, employees, and company managers.
Identify gaps and implement safety program elements, as needed, to comply with customer and regulatory requirements.
Direct comprehensive, in-depth investigations of all injury and loss incidents, identify all causal factors, develop and implement measures to prevent recurrences, and follow up to ensure long-term resolution.
Conduct safety training, testing, and record-keeping for all employees, sub-contractors, and where Rosendin is prime, all other persons arriving on site (New Hire Orientation, Equipment Training, Haz Com, Fall Protection, Excavation, Confined Space, Lockout/Tag out, Crane and Rigging, etc.).
Act as an advisor to the company management team and customer agencies to ensure safety requirements are identified, communicated to employees, and fulfilled.
Manage the assigned project's safety program budget, planning, acquiring, controlling, and distributing all safety equipment, supplies, and training aids.
Develop and review the site safety plan for the project.
Contribute to project start-up meetings.
Review of the three-week look ahead for the project.
Ensure a crisis management plan is implemented for projects and facilities.
Ensure clinics/medical facilities are set up, and the project team knows their location.
Ensure procedures are followed for LOTO and first-time energization at the project site.
Review Step by Step and MOPS (Method of Procedures).
Develop and participate in RCAs (root cause analysis) to prevent reoccurring events at projects.
Identify needs and compose training documents, pre-task plans, permits, training certifications, sign-in sheets, and toolbox meetings to the appropriate database or filing system.
Responsible for injury case management; coordination with insurance representatives and vendors as assigned by senior safety leadership.

Ability to recognize hazardous situations & recommend corrective measures is essential
Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local regulations

The Category Manager will develop and implement procurement category strategies for critical equipment, gear, commodities, lighting or other spend categories as assigned, which are in alignment with Projects objectives for cost, quality, and schedule. You'll bring your experience from the electrical construction industry in areas such as Switchgear, Generators, Transformers and UPS's.
You'll be able to form, lead, and oversee teams of subject matter experts that will define and implement new or enhanced business or technology processes, initiatives, and projects to deliver added value within and outside of Procurement. Your main focus will be on achieving the best value while improving efficiencies throughout the procurement process from estimate to contract close-out to drive savings and efficiency across the company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Pursue defined Category Management (CM) strategies to ensure competitive advantage for Rosendin and to position Rosendin as a market leader and preferred client of our key Vendors.
Incorporate business requirements into sourcing plans, RFPs, and category strategies.
Gather, interpret, and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results to support category strategies.
Oversee the development and delivery of effective negotiation and contracting strategies for strategic suppliers.
Develop comprehensive implementation plans to execute category strategies with stakeholders and end users.
Negotiate and review NDAs, Contracts and Agreements with key Vendors.
Lead change management efforts at senior management levels and contribute to company growth through innovation strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
7-10 years' experience in a procurement, contract management, project management or related role

Proactively challenge current procurement, estimating, and cost tracking practices to drive improved results.
Support Estimators and Project Managers with developing bids and executing Contracts involving, switchgear, transformer, generators, UPS, ATS, PDU, and STS.
Perform technical and commercial analysis of specifications and bids to ensure best value and reduce risk.
Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization.
Keep up to date with Vendors new Product innovations to leverage the companies market position.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Management, Operations, Engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Minimum 5 years' electrical construction procurement / Sales / Quotation experience.
Preferred: Experience at a Switchgear Electrical Manufacturer.
Experience at a distributor doing Takeoffs and Quotes.
Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) Certification, Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) Certification preferred, or equivalent Supply Chain Procurement Certificate.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

The Civil Engineering Manager - EPC is a senior technical and people-leadership role responsible for overseeing all civil engineering aspects of utility-scale solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and substation projects across the United States. This role provides technical authority, execution oversight, and team leadership from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring designs are code-compliant, constructible, cost-effective, and aligned with EPC contract requirements.
The Civil Engineering Manager - EPC partners closely with Preconstruction, Estimating, Project Management, Field Operations, and external engineering consultants, while mentoring and managing internal civil engineering staff.
Lead civil engineering scope development for utility-scale solar, BESS, and substation projects from early development through construction completion.

Proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Proficient using Autodesk Civil 3D.
Proficient using QGIS or ArcGIS Pro
Experience with industry typical stormwater software such as HydroCAD or similar software.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.

The Engineer II is a mid-level engineering position responsible for providing technical engineering information and support to the senior engineers to ensure that projects comply with the project requirements and all engineering standards, applicable codes, and specifications. Knowledge of various electrical engineering concepts, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, energy conservation, and value engineering related to designing state-of-the-art, constructible projects.
Oversee junior engineers, designers, and staff assigned to your work or team. In this instance, an Engineer II would feel comfortable and capable of leading projects of limited scope.
Review, comment, and process equipment and system submittals in coordination with the Engineer of Record.
Generate electrical specifications appropriate for the project.
Develop a complete and accurate sequence of operations for all designed systems.
Working knowledge of equipment and system testing and commissioning.
Perform process coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and all electrical trades.
Prepare designs, check, and specify power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
Prepare power system single-line diagrams, including feeder, over current protection sizing, and equipment elevations.
Conduct short circuit, over current protection device coordination studies, and Arc Flash mitigation Studies.
Perform calculations to determine distribution capacity due to voltage drop, voltage droop, or underground heat effect (Neher-McGrath).
Coordinate your work with the project Specifications or equipment buy-out.
Visit job sites to field survey existing electrical conditions.

Utilize engineering analysis programs and professional judgment to analyze loads, lighting levels, and short circuit currents.
Conduct value engineering functions.
Attend project design team meetings. Interface with various team members, particularly the client, architect, and mechanical contractor/engineer.

The Engineer II is a mid-level engineering position responsible for providing technical engineering information and support to the senior engineers to ensure that projects comply with the project requirements and all engineering standards, applicable codes, and specifications. Knowledge of various electrical engineering concepts, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, energy conservation, and value engineering related to designing state-of-the-art, constructible projects.
Oversee junior engineers, designers, and staff assigned to your work or team. In this instance, an Engineer II would feel comfortable and capable of leading projects of limited scope.
Review, comment, and process equipment and system submittals in coordination with the Engineer of Record.
Generate electrical specifications appropriate for the project.
Develop a complete and accurate sequence of operations for all designed systems.
Working knowledge of equipment and system testing and commissioning.
Perform process coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and all electrical trades.
Prepare designs, check, and specify power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
Prepare power system single-line diagrams, including feeder, over current protection sizing, and equipment elevations.
Conduct short circuit, over current protection device coordination studies, and Arc Flash mitigation Studies.
Perform calculations to determine distribution capacity due to voltage drop, voltage droop, or underground heat effect (Neher-McGrath).
Coordinate your work with the project Specifications or equipment buy-out.
Visit job sites to field survey existing electrical conditions.
May include on-site field assignments
Utilize engineering analysis programs and professional judgment to analyze loads, lighting levels, and short circuit currents.
Conduct value engineering functions.
Attend project design team meetings. Interface with various team members, particularly the client, architect, and mechanical contractor/engineer.
Research and resolve drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interferences, and errors.
Represent the design group during the construction to ensure the operations team is provided with proper and timely information for installation. This will include attendance at Owner and Contractor meetings.

The Civil Engineer II is responsible for providing Civil Engineering technical guidance during the estimating, design and construction phases of utility-scale solar, substation, and BESS projects throughout the United States.
Provide early-stage Preconstruction civil design for estimating purposes through the preparation of buildable area plans, preliminary erosion control, grading plans and road design.
Prepare site constraints maps based on project entitlement and technical documents such as land surveys, hydrology/hydraulics reports, environmental constraints, geotechnical limitations, and client requests.
Prepare Schedule of Values to relay civil material types, quantities, and general earthwork scope to estimators for inclusion in cost proposals.
Participate in efforts with other engineers and construction stakeholders to optimize project layout for cost efficiency and simplicity of construction.
Work as part of an engineering and construction team requiring cross disciplinary communication and coordination.
Perform, conduct, or provide all civil engineering deliverables necessary for the project under the supervision of the responsible engineer in charge. This may include calculations, details, designs, memos, reports, site observation summaries, entitlement research, design specifications, drainage reports and SWPPP documentation among others.
Review project technical documents including geotechnical reports, environmental reports, ALTA and topo surveys, hydrology reports, etc. and document trouble areas for review by project stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of civil construction drawings through 30%, 60%, 90%, IFR, IFC and as-built stages.
Perform construction administration activities including responding to comments and RFI's from Owners, 3rd party engineers, AHJ's and review of product submittals.
Participate in weekly project calls providing updates on relevant deliverable milestones.
Participate in weekly internal calls providing project status updates to senior engineers and Rosendin management.
Conduct site visits to perform observations of ongoing construction of PV, Substation and BESS systems for general conformance with construction documents.
Assist in department continuous improvement efforts to drive efficiency in design, process improvement and cost reduction.
Assist with mentored experience through providing guidance and reviewing work product of junior engineers.
Work with senior engineering mentors to hone engineering skills and develop a deeper knowledge base for continued professional growth.
