The Project Manager I is a mid-level project management position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project supporting senior project management.
Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, and maintaining all company/project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact. This will include the assessment of the scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to complete a project successfully.
Responsible for preparing a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid form.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the guidelines of corporate policies.
Supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project. Negotiate all change orders on the project.
Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines and under supervision.
Supervise the preparation of all change quotations for presentation to the prime client and assist in negotiating all change quotations to a conclusion.
Prepare monthly costing reports under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationships with the client.

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. The Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing and completing bid/submittal documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. The Senior Estimator is the Lead Estimator for projects and works with other Estimators, suppliers, and customers to complete the estimate.
Prepare estimate from quantity take-off on project and complete estimate to computer printout.
Identify parts of project that may be key to making a competitive estimate.
Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
Evaluate areas for potential value engineering cost savings.
Provide leadership to personnel preparing discipline sub estimates for assigned bids.
Ensure all working documents and data are maintained to back-up estimate figures.
Develop labor productivity and (installation unit costs where applicable) based on projected site conditions and historical data.
Prepare detailed listing of material and equipment items for the estimate and to obtain quotes.
Identify qualified suppliers/subcontractors and be responsible for soliciting quotes. Review quotes for completeness and conformance with plans and specs.
Responsible for the timely completion of all client-required documents.
Draft scope/proposal letters for bid and negotiated projects.
Prior to the issuing of the formal bid package, provide the Chief Estimator with a detailed review of scope, technical requirements, and pricing for the estimated bid package.
After the successful bid at project turnover, meet with the Project Management departments to fully explain job scope, potential areas of attention and other aspects for the successful transition of the project.
Maintain files of all working documents to back-up estimate figures and update the Rosendin approved estimating program.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 4 years' estimating or other relevant experience in closing constructions estimates
Experience in Accubid estimating software, Livecount Cloud, and Bluebeam software preferred
Experience in CAD or 3D software preferred
Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience
Up to 10%

The Safety Manager administers project safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. They may be responsible for one project or multiple small projects. This role would report to a Senior Safety Manager or Regional Safety Director and potentially manage Safety Coordinators and Field Safety Specialists. This subject matter expert will have significant autonomy contributing technical support to make safety-related decisions.
Lead daily audits of all work areas. Provide safety expertise in response to identified deficiencies and requests for safety assistance. Communication with the project team and field leadership is essential.

As an Estimator II at Rosendin, you will be a crucial member of our Renewables Pre-Construction team. You will be responsible for leading the estimation process for renewable energy projects, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability.
Independently analyze project specifications, drawings, and other technical documents to understand project requirements and scope.
Identify project risks and collaborate with the overall project team to determine mitigation strategies.
Identify missing information in owner documents and prepare RFIs for review by Senior Estimator and submission to owner for clarification.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather necessary information for cost estimation.
Utilize industry-standard estimating software and tools to develop detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Research and evaluate vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for project components.
Participate in bid review meetings and assist in the preparation of bid proposals.
Conduct value engineering exercises to optimize project costs while maintaining quality and performance standards.
Prior to the issuing of the formal bid package, provide the Senior Estimator with a detailed review of scope, technical requirements, and pricing for the estimated bid package for their approval.

The Electrical Engineer III is a senior engineering position responsible for providing technical engineering information and assistance to ensure compliance with the project requirements and all engineering standards, applicable codes, and specifications. The Engineer II is a mid-level engineering position responsible for providing technical engineering information and support to the senior engineers to ensure that projects comply with the project requirements and all engineering standards, applicable codes, and specifications. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

The Electrical Engineer II is a mid-level engineering position responsible for providing technical engineering information and support to the senior engineers to ensure that projects comply with the project requirements and all engineering standards, applicable codes, and specifications. Knowledge of various electrical engineering concepts, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, energy conservation, and value engineering related to designing state-of-the-art, constructible projects.
Oversee junior engineers, designers, and staff assigned to your work or team. In this instance, an Engineer II would feel comfortable and capable of leading projects of limited scope.
Review, comment, and process equipment and system submittals in coordination with the Engineer of Record.
Generate electrical specifications appropriate for the project.
Develop a complete and accurate sequence of operations for all designed systems.
Working knowledge of equipment and system testing and commissioning.
Perform process coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and all electrical trades.
Prepare designs, check, and specify power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
Prepare power system single-line diagrams, including feeder, over current protection sizing, and equipment elevations.
Conduct short circuit, over current protection device coordination studies, and Arc Flash mitigation Studies.
Perform calculations to determine distribution capacity due to voltage drop, voltage droop, or underground heat effect (Neher-McGrath).
Coordinate your work with the project Specifications or equipment buy-out.
Visit job sites to field survey existing electrical conditions.
May include on-site field assignments
Utilize engineering analysis programs and professional judgment to analyze loads, lighting levels, and short circuit currents.
Conduct value engineering functions.
Attend project design team meetings. Interface with various team members, particularly the client, architect, and mechanical contractor/engineer.
Research and resolve drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interferences, and errors.
Represent the design group during the construction to ensure the operations team is provided with proper and timely information for installation. This will include attendance at Owner and Contractor meetings.
