The Senior Project Manager - MPS is a subject matter expert level Project Management position responsible for managing large-sized projects of more advanced complexity, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with team members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget. The Project Manager III answers client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require travel.
Serve as the subject matter expert for all customer project management matters.
Review and thoroughly understand work orders and service agreements.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Navigate nuances of client relations amongst peers within trusted account relationships.
Create agenda and guide the Kickoff Meeting presentation to all stakeholders of the fulfillment team
Anticipate concerns impacting the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and multiple objectives.
Foster new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts)
Contribute and present program metrics for the client business reviews.
Maintain and enhance relationships with BD team to identify and grow opportunities.

Manage ongoing customer's site requirements
Act as a single point of contact, own the proposal process internally.
Review and prepare Cost-at-Completion (CAC) accounting for internal review with MPS leadership.
Act as a subject matter expert of the CAC process and mentor junior program managers.
Proactively manage multiple activities of higher complexity to ensure forward progress and deadlines with efficiency.
Negotiate and create all change orders on projects for internal approval.
Represent the company/project in meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc.
Maintain understanding of customer forecast and facilitate alignment with the Production Team and Continuous Improvement Team.

The Senior WFD Trainer monitors training effectiveness through performance outcomes and reports to a manager. This is a senior level employee development role that has an advanced understanding and can anticipate business needs. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Proven work experience in a training or similar role is preferred.
Understanding of electrical construction and contracting.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Proven work experience in a training or similar role is preferred.

The Production Manager III is responsible for providing overall manufacturing support and oversight for top tier hyper scale developers.
The Head of Production directives to ensure all production programs are overseen and managed consistently on programs that are sophisticated in scope and technical complexity.

The Lead Workforce Development Trainer supports employee growth by delivering training programs and workshops for both field and office staff. Topics typically include supervisory skills, work readiness, team collaboration, and communication. This role requires a strong understanding of business needs and subject matter expertise. They may assume a team lead role for the work group.
The Lead WFD Trainer is a senior level employee development role that has an advanced understanding and can anticipate business needs. They direct new training program design and analyze session feedback to make recommendations for improvement to content and presentations. They have subject matter expertise in a particular subject, training program, or function of the company and are a trusted partner to the business. They have an increased exposure to senior leadership in the business unit and mentor Senior WFD Trainers.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Lead Workforce Development Trainer supports employee growth by delivering training programs and workshops for both field and office staff. Topics typically include supervisory skills, work readiness, team collaboration, and communication. This role requires a strong understanding of business needs and subject matter expertise. They may assume a team lead role for the work group.
The Lead WFD Trainer is a senior level employee development role that has an advanced understanding and can anticipate business needs. They direct new training program design and analyze session feedback to make recommendations for improvement to content and presentations. They have subject matter expertise in a particular subject, training program, or function of the company and are a trusted partner to the business. They have an increased exposure to senior leadership in the business unit and mentor Senior WFD Trainers.
The Workforce Development program focuses on field employee success and is structured around four key areas: Recruitment, Onboarding, Skills Training, and Leadership Development, with intentional overlap to support office-based teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Recruitment
Organizes and attends local job and career fairs.
Coordinates recruitment efforts with Marketing and Business Development teams.
Processes field applications submitted via rosendin.com/electricians
Interviews and assesses field applicants, providing next steps (e.g., referral to local union halls).
Aligns hiring needs with local union representatives.
Explores and engages with local and national recruitment programs.
Onboarding
Designs onboarding program content and duration based on local needs assessments.
Coordinates onboarding materials with Corporate Learning & Development and Safety departments.
Facilitates onboarding sessions focused on culture, safety, and skills.
Administers written and hands-on skills assessments.
Manages DocuSign paperwork for new hires.
Skills Training
Delivers hands-on training modules for various classifications (e.g., conduit bending, MC cable installation, terminations).
Facilitates basic skills training for new industry entrants, focusing on safe and proper tool/material use.
Leads bootcamp-style sessions for sub-journeyman level employees.
Leadership Development
Coordinates and/or facilitates:
Foreman Development Series
Field supervision training
App-based and software-based training
Customizes training content to meet local needs.
Promotes the Rosendin Field Operations Manual and internal processes.
Coordinates with external consultants or vendors for specialized training.
General Workforce Development Support
Promote Rosendin culture, core values, mission statement, and vision
Pursue & coordinate grant & training reimbursement opportunities
Pursue & coordinate continued education credits (for class participants) as available per location
Track & report training metrics as identified by corporate training or regional leadership
Capture participant feedback on all trainings via survey
Communicate upcoming schedule & direction with corporate Learning & Development Team
Participate in personal continued education & development as identified by regional management & corporate Learning & Development management
Develop new training content as needed
Participate in peer reviews of newly developed or extensively modified content
Participate in scheduled Workforce Development meetings
Assign (recommend) LinkedIn Learning paths & content to field employees
Counsel & coach struggling field employees
Connect field & office teams through joint training opportunities
May manage additional local training resources
Promote a positive community presence
Proven work experience in a training or similar role is preferred.
Understanding of electrical construction and contracting.
Ability to speak comfortably in front of a classroom audience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.

Experience in developing and implementing training programs is preferred.

The Head of Production is the most senior level of floor leadership at their respective facility ensuring all tactical and strategic plans are fully developed and being executed.
Leads and executes organizational initiatives to ensure all production programs are overseen and managed consistently on all programs within their team.
Create and drive the production floor strategic plan, consistent through all programs, to ensure the best means and methods for assembly are utilized and align with the respective program schedule.
Ensure effective communications are occurring downstream and upstream for both internal and external stakeholders.
Drive hard for the best results from the Production Managers and their respective programs.
Take ownership of the production floor personnel and activities by earning the trust of the team directly and/or indirectly reporting to you.In essence set the tone for the culture on the floor.
Identify gaps in processes and create / delegate plans to remove these gaps in a timely manner.
Strategize and execute on BIG ways to improve production processes.
with the Director of Product Development to ensure product design is consistent with the most efficient means and methods to build the product.
