The Academics Talent Acquisition Partner supports and executes campus recruiting strategies to attract top student and early career talent for internships and full-time opportunities across Rosendin. This role partners closely with universities, technical schools, hiring managers, and business leaders to build diverse talent pipelines that support current and future workforce needs. Through campus engagement, relationship building, and full-cycle recruiting, this position plays a key role in delivering a positive candidate experience and strengthening Rosendin's employer brand among emerging talent.
Support and execute campus recruiting strategies that attract top student and early career talent in alignment with Rosendin's workforce planning objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, technical schools, career services teams, faculty, and student organizations to strengthen Rosendin's early talent pipeline.
Coordinate, attend, and represent Rosendin at career fairs, networking events, information sessions, classroom presentations, and other campus engagement activities.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for intern and early career hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
Promote and enhance Rosendin's employer brand through campus marketing initiatives, student outreach, social media engagement, and recruiting events.
Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR teams to understand hiring needs, align on candidate qualifications, and support talent selection decisions.
Develop and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and ongoing engagement with students and early career talent.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, event effectiveness, hiring outcomes, and candidate engagement, to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support internship program administration, including candidate communication, logistics coordination, and initiatives designed to foster a positive intern experience.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, university recruiting guidelines, and company policies throughout the recruiting process.
Travel to universities, recruiting events, and Rosendin locations as needed to support hiring and campus engagement efforts.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, early career recruiting, or high-volume talent acquisition
Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage students, university partners, hiring managers, and business leaders
Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, events, and deadlines
Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and leveraging recruiting metrics to drive results
Passion for early career talent and willingness to travel during peak recruiting seasons
Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while balancing multiple requisitions, priorities, and stakeholders
Strong organizational and planning skills to coordinate recruiting events, hiring timelines, and campus engagement activities effectively
Relationship-building skills to collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, university partners, and candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Confidence engaging and communicating with diverse audiences, including students, faculty, hiring teams, and senior leadership
A proactive approach to building talent pipelines and engaging early career candidates through sourcing, networking, and campus outreach initiatives
Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to effectively represent Rosendin's employer brand and career opportunities
A data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics, market insights, and best practices to improve hiring outcomes and inform decision-making

Pay Range
