YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Warehouse Coordinator IV serves as a lead coordinator, overseeing complex warehouse operations and driving strategic initiatives. This role supports cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement and operational excellences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Oversee and coordinates all aspects of warehouse operations.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve supply chain and logistics performance.

  • Analyze inventory data and forecast needs to optimize space and resources.

  • Mentor and coach warehouse staff to support development and efficiency.

  • Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory and operational standards.

  • Recommend and implement strategic improvement to warehouse processes.

  • Excel in the preservation of an organized warehouse and warehouse duties to include inbound receiving, placement and putting away products; outbound functions including selecting checking, packing and shipping orders.

  • Ensure the safe operation of vehicles and maintaining a clean driving record.

  • The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the positions role within the business unit.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Exceptional ability to read maps and follow directions

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred

  • Excels in the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary

  • Proficiency in working under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude

  • Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position

  • Highly self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player

  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 7-10 years of warehouse and logistics experience.

  • Expert-level proficiency in warehouse systems and processes.

  • Strong Computer Skills, ie: Microsoft Suite

  • Demonstrates success in strategic planning and operational execution.

  • Strong communication and prioritization skills.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

TRAVEL:

  • 50%

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning

  • Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
