Your Next Opportunity:

As a Senior Principal Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for Rosendin's most critical and complex roles, particularly within the electrical construction industry. This strategic individual contributor role directly impacts our ability to scale, innovate, and deliver on our commitments as a leading 100% employee-owned company. You will shape our future by building robust talent pipelines and enhancing our employer brand in a competitive market.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute advanced, multi-channel sourcing strategies for executive, leadership, and highly specialized technical and field positions across Rosendin's national footprint.
  • Conduct deep market intelligence research, competitive analysis, and talent mapping to inform proactive sourcing initiatives and talent acquisition strategy.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in advanced sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms, providing mentorship and guidance to junior sourcers and recruiters.
  • Build and maintain extensive pipelines of passive candidates for future critical needs, fostering long-term relationships and engagement.
  • Partner strategically with senior hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand nuanced role requirements and align sourcing efforts with business objectives.
  • Leverage data analytics and reporting to measure sourcing effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI, continuously optimizing strategies and approaches.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance Rosendin's employer brand and candidate experience within the sourcing process, ensuring compelling and authentic outreach.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on talent market trends, compensation insights, and candidate availability.
  • Evaluate and experiment with new sourcing technologies, methodologies, and platforms to expand reach and improve efficiency.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • Expert proficiency with various sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems (Workday experience highly preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced search tools.
  • Deep understanding of talent market dynamics within the electrical construction, general contracting, engineering, and skilled trades sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify talent trends, and make data-driven strategic recommendations.
  • Proven ability to build strong, consultative relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and diverse candidate populations.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft persuasive and tailored candidate outreach.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to anticipating future talent needs and building resilient pipelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex, high-priority sourcing projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of the latest sourcing innovations and industry best practices.

What You Bring to Us:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition sourcing, with at least 5 years focused on strategic sourcing for highly specialized or leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing within the construction, engineering, or skilled trades industries for a large enterprise.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying, engaging, and influencing passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter, LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter) are preferred.

Travel:

  • Up to 10% may be required for industry events, conferences, or internal meetings.

Working Conditions:
