Pre-construction design and development of the complete power system protection and control by deploying overcurrent protection relays, transformer and bus differential protection relays, and line differential protection relays, or PLC and RTAC for automatic transfer schemes.
Design and Develop site wide electrical distribution Sequence of Operation that ensures system reliability and resiliency.
Coordinate with utility, turbine power plant, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) or a combination of all three!
Spec, evaluate, and review vendor or manufacturer's submittal and equipment to ensure they conform to the system design requirement.
Conduct vendor coordination meeting to ensure all systems and all equipment are working well with each other.
Design and develop mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical interlock systems.
Work with other internal teams to specify proper relaying with proper instrument transformers to ensure secure and dependable operation.
Design and develop system wide automation systems using PLC or RTAC style industrial
controllers, including but not limited to: System overload prevention, multipurpose busway
interlocks, load management systems, generator plant load curtailment systems, Gen plant
start and load controls including selective load pickup and load shed schemes, etc.
Design and develop relay protection and automation logics for SEL, ABB, Siemens or GE relays
Design and develop system protection and control architecture such as IEC61850, mirrored bit, protection interface, Modbus, DNP etc.
Provide power system failure analysis, Sequence of Event analysis and/or develop a metering / triggering system to ensure proper event capture for conducting such analysis.
Self-starting, avid learners on new technologies and products.
Strong understanding on power distribution systems, relaying, automation systems
In-depth working knowledge of SEL-751, SEL-787, SEL-487E, SEL-2411, SEL-3350 RTAC, Siemens 7SX82/85, Siemens 7UT, ABB REF615 etc.

Your Next Opportunity
The Senior Procurement Category Specialist responsible for development and implementation of procurement strategies for various categories as assigned, which are in alignment with Rosendin objectives for cost, quality, and schedule. The position focuses on achieving "best cost" while improving efficiencies throughout the procurement process from estimate to contract close-out to drive savings and efficiency across the company.
What You\'ll Do
Assist in the development of category strategy to achieve financial value-add and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through detailed analysis of the category portfolio including consolidation of supplier base and spend across all geographical areas. Address key operating priorities including performance management, safety, and compliance.
Assess work streams and activities for consolidation opportunities. Assess current and future business processes for best work practice, and/or technological fit based on external market and industry practices.
Closely monitor the global supply market with regards to pricing & commodity trends, supplier capacity, supplier news, industry news and new product developments
Aggressively pursue defined Category Management (CM) strategy to ensure competitive advantage for Rosendin and to position Rosendin as a market leader and preferred client of our key suppliers.
Develop and implement metrics to monitor area of responsibility, identify gaps, and implement action plans to remediate. Understand, assess, and anticipate the internal/external strategic landscape of Supply Chain and how these impact the projects.

The HSE Specialist I is an entry-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. Assists in site inspections, hazard identification, incident investigations, training, and compliance documentation to promote a safe work environment. Contributes to planning, audits, and safety initiatives to align with company and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities to maintain effective working relationships.
Support and promote the company's safety program and local incident prevention initiatives to reduce risk behaviors.
Assist in implementing project based-safety programs aligned with strategic goals.
Contributes to pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
Help prepare and deliver safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.
Contribute to the development and review of job hazard analyses to identify risks and control measures.
Support incident, near-miss, and claim investigations and communications.
Maintain working knowledge of company HSE standards, programs, and objectives.
Promote HSE goals across projects to ensure a safe and productive environment.
Assist in developing routine HSE project plans and specifications.
Provide input for audits, inspections, evaluations, and incident investigations.
Maintain required reports and documentation to meet corporate and regulatory standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred

Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

The Project Controls Engineer serves as a core technical member of Rosendin's internal Project Controls Group (PCG). This role supports the Project Controls Lead and Project Controls Managers (PCMs) to ensure project scope, structure, and controls readiness meet enterprise standards. With a focus on auditing project setup, supporting scope definition, and enabling consistency in execution preparation, this role strengthens transparency and reduces startup risk on critical projects. This role is designed for fully competent professionals requiring moderate supervision and some autonomy. The focus is on technical contributions, coordination, and continuous improvement within the Project Controls Group.
Assist in the development and validation of WBS and task code structures aligned with company standards.
Support Project Controls Lead and Project Control Managers in early-phase project activities, including scope gathering and readiness planning.
Audit project setup and baseline documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with PCG protocols.
Participate in project startup support when internal resources are required to supplement teams during onboarding.
Maintain clear documentation of PCG input, audit findings, and field team support activities.
Provide feedback to improve templates, workflows, and repeatable planning tools across the PCG.
Collaborate with Project Control Data Specialists to cross-verify inputs and highlight discrepancies in early reporting cycles.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President of People and Senior Directors, enabling them to operate efficiently and remain focused on strategic priorities. The Procurement Team Lead will manage a work group responsible for the procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, permanent plant materials, and small tools and supplies. This position is a ‘working manager' role that will execute contractual obligations while providing oversight, support, and mentorship to Procurement Agents and Sr. Procurement Agents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Monitor, evaluate, and mentor working team on meeting or exceeding performance goals and expectations.
Ensure team is complying with procurement policies and procedures and is in strict adherence to documentation requirements.
Oversee and plan all aspects of procurement from pre-bid closeout.

We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Senior Manager of Construction Applications to lead our application ecosystem and strengthen internal customer enablement across Rosendin. In this high‑impact role, you will guide the strategy, adoption, and performance of the enterprise systems that power our construction operations-ensuring our teams in the office and the field have the tools they need to build safely, efficiently, and effectively.
This leader will blend deep construction technology expertise, strong business acumen, and proven team leadership to elevate application usability, drive process optimization, and support Rosendin's long‑term digital strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead & Develop High‑Performing Teams
Manage, coach, and grow a team of Enterprise Application Training & Support Analysts.
Foster a culture of service excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Own & Optimize the Application Portfolio
Oversee Rosendin's enterprise application landscape-including core construction platforms such as Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Ensure systems are performing optimally, integrated effectively, and adopted consistently across project teams.
Drive Strategic Digital Enablement
Develop and execute an enterprise applications roadmap aligned with business objectives, project delivery needs, and industry innovation.
Partner with Operations, Finance, Preconstruction, Engineering, and Field teams to understand workflows and implement solutions that streamline construction processes.
Champion Internal Customer Experience
Build strong relationships across business units by providing exceptional support, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Gather feedback from project teams to improve system usability and promote technology adoption in the field.
Lead Application & Technology Projects
Direct planning, execution, and delivery of complex application initiatives-ensuring alignment, transparency, and predictable outcomes.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to successfully roll out new tools or enhancements that impact construction execution.
Vendor & Contract Management
Manage technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service delivery that meets Rosendin standards.
Evaluate new construction technology platforms and make recommendations that support efficiency and scalability.
Budget & Resource Ownership
Oversee budgets for application licensing, support, and team operations.
Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality or service. Promote Continuous Improvement & Industry Innovation
Stay current on emerging construction technologies, digital workflows, and industry best practices.
Advocate for solutions that advance Rosendin's operational excellence and competitive advantage.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Required Qualifications
Twelve or more years of experience in enterprise application management, digital enablement, or technology operations.
3+ years of leadership experience guiding teams or managing technical programs.
Strong understanding of construction industry systems and workflows, including experience with:
Primavera P6
Procore
Bluebeam
Autodesk & BIM technologies
Experience leading lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to translate construction needs into scalable technology solutions.
Experience managing budgets, contracts, vendor relationships, and enterprise‑level projects.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct construction industry experience, especially in electrical contracting or large‑scale commercial construction.
Experience partnering with or coordinating programs alongside Enterprise Learning & Development teams.
