The HSE Manager I is a mid-level professional safety position. YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Program Manager serves as the strategic interface between our programmatic level customers and the organization, guiding complex programs across the full product life cycle with clarity and accountability. Leveraging a strong engineering or estimating background-enhanced by experience in preconstruction or general contracting-they provide informed leadership on scope, pricing, and design decisions. The role oversees program forecasting, customer relationship stewardship, and change order governance to ensure disciplined execution and long‑term customer confidence. Deep familiarity with the data center industry further enables the Program Manager to anticipate market dynamics and deliver solutions aligned with customer and industry demands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Serve as the main point of contact for programmatic level customers, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and exceptional service throughout the program life cycle.

• Maintain a deep understanding of pricing structures, design requirements, and project scope to support accurate planning and decision-making.

• Manage a team of project specific managers, as applicable, based on size and scope of the customer. Serve as point of escalation for project-specific challenges as needed.

• Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The HSE Coordinator II is a non-Exempt early career level safety position. It is a field-based position, focusing on safety oversight and compliance within construction environments. Responsibilities include conducting regular site inspections, identifying and resolving hazardous conditions, supporting incident investigations, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Has experience conducting frequent walk-through inspections of construction areas (Upwards of 80% of the Job is spent in the field doing audits and interacting with the crews).
• Assist in identifying, documenting, and recommending resolution of hazardous/potentially hazardous conditions; Assist in identifying corrective actions and follow through to ensure corrections have been made.
• Has experience participating in job pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
• Has experience assisting with investigating personal injury and property damage accidents.
• Has experience assisting with compiling data, photographs, etc.; prepare appropriate forms and reports per program procedures and federal, state, and local accident regulations.
• Has experience assisting with issuing and monitoring various permits as required.
• Assists in incident response as required.
• May assist in conducting trainings, orientations, or other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred

• Professional verbal and written communication skills

• Professional interpersonal and customer service skills

• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail

• Understands basic job-site safety work practices and regulations.

• Basic time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary

The Project Manager I - MPS is a mid-level Project Management position responsible for managing smaller-scale projects, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with internal stakeholders members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget, while receiving guidance and mentorship from Head of Projects. The Project Manager I - MPS is a mid-level Project Management position responsible for managing smaller-scale projects, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with internal stakeholders members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget, while receiving guidance and mentorship from Head of Projects. The Project Manager I answer client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require travel.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

• Review and thorough understand work orders and service agreements.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Earn trust amongst peers within account relationships.

• Create agenda and guide the Kickoff Meeting presentation to all stakeholders of the fulfillment team

• Monitor and communicate status or concerns impacting the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

• Recognize new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

• Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts)

• Contribute and present program metrics for the client business reviews.

• Maintain and enhance relationships with BD team to identify and grow opportunities.

• Assist with challenging requests or issue escalations as needed internally.

• Manage ongoing customer's site requirements.

• Act as a single point of contact, own the proposal process internally.

• Review and prepare Cost-at-Completion (CAC) accounting for internal review with MPS leadership.

• Proactively manage multiple activities of moderate complexity to ensure forward progress and deadlines with efficiency.

• Negotiate and create all change orders on projects for internal approval.

• Represent the company/project in meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc.

• Maintain understanding of customer forecast and facilitate alignment with the Production Team and Continuous Improvement Team.
