The Senior Director of Pre-Construction is responsible for supporting estimating and pre-construction services across multiple subregions, with the capabilities and personality to develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers, as guided by the Regional VP of Operations. The role includes managing a group of Chief Estimators and Directors of Pre-Construction.
In charge of implementing strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, maximize overall performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and effective coordination among team members.
Understand the company's philosophy and systems.
Understand objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policies.
Maintain liaison with prime clients and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, foster collaboration, and represent the organization at various meetings.
Supervise the preparation of all pricing quotations for presentation to the prime customer.
Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interests and maintain good relationships with the client.
