YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
As a Business Analyst - EPC, you will play a key role in our Energy team. You will be responsible for providing data-driven insights that support decision-making processes, optimize project performance, and drive business growth. This role requires a critical thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Conducts regular project related reviews and provide feedback to the business.
Create custom databases that support the Energy business
Participate in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various sources.
Maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.Presentation of data is in a clear and visually appealing manner using charts, graphs, and other visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Identify opportunities to enhance current reporting and analytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide actionable insights to management to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through detailed data analysis.
Identify process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Ensure timely delivery and alignment of analytic projects with business objectives.
Present business trends and analysis to senior and executive leadership monthly and quarterly.
Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver insights.
Act as a point of contact for business analytics within the Energy group.
Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and project management, to understand their analytical needs and deliver solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in PowerBI and other data analysis tools and visualization tools.
Knowledge of core enterprise technology systems, including Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Fusion Apps, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and enterprise SaaS applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong project management skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analytics, project management, or a related field,
Experience in the EPC industry is highly desirable.
TRAVEL:
Up to 10%
WORKING CONDITIONS:
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
