The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting Rosendin's proposals, lead pre-qualification, and CRM administration. Skilled at organizing complex project libraries and coordinating cross-functional efforts. The HSE Manager I is a mid-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and leads the implementation or Project Safety Plans, and oversight of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. Responsibilities include plan development and implementation, hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position also involves mentoring junior team members and collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe and productive work environment. May act as a team lead for Non-Exempt safety employees.
Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for hazardous conditions; ensure timely resolution.

The Assistant Project Manager is an entry-level project management position and is expected to learn and develop competency in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities. In addition, the APM is responsible for providing administrative and construction support for our Project Management team.
Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, (Return for Information), and meeting minutes.
Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, including planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures, and standards are maintained, etc.
Maintain change orders, submittal, and document (drawing) control logs. Prepare required logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.
Responsible for contract submittals that are accurate and timely.
Responsible for creating and issuing the Subcontractors' contracts.
Responsible for the assembly and timely delivery of the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
Ensure that the project quality control plan is followed.
Interacts with subcontractors to ensure we have obtained the correct documentation and drawing for the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
Responsible for keeping the Warranty Log up to date.
Attend company/project meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc., and provide project management support
Cooperate with and technically assist field personnel assigned to the area of responsibility.
Monitor other contractors' activities and progress.
Responsible for creating the Job Information Sheets and establishing Job Files.
Prepares price change orders and project reports and documentation.
Works with payroll to ensure accurate payroll information.

The Senior HSE Manager is a Senior level position responsible for leading multiple teams and leaders of leaders. This position oversees the implantation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices across multiple project sites with an emphasis on leadership and team development. Other responsibilities include hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position also involves mentoring junior team members, developing future leaders, and collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and customers to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Monitors progress and performance of multiple teams and safety programs, taking corrective action as necessary.
Plans and assigns work for team members.
Identifies, teaches, and develops future leaders and wider safety members.
Coach and manage HSE professionals to build capability, strengthen talent pipelines, and address performance issues.
Align corporate safety strategy with field execution across construction and operational sites.

The Senior HSE Manager is a Senior level position responsible for leading multiple teams and leaders of leaders. This position oversees the implantation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices across multiple project sites with an emphasis on leadership and team development. Other responsibilities include hazard identification, incident investigation, safety training, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The Area HSE Manager is a Leadership role that manages and develops high-performing EHS teams within a Geographical area, ensuring alignment between corporate safety strategy and field-level execution across construction and operational environments. It requires strong cross-functional collaboration to embed safety into all phases of the project lifecycle and drive accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. The position also serves as a strategic advisor to business leadership and maintains expert knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Collaborate with subcontractors during pre-construction, plan reviews, and project startup.

The Assistant Project Manager is an entry-level project management position and is expected to learn and develop competency in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities. In addition, the APM is responsible for providing administrative and construction support for our Project Management team.

Join our team as a Senior Project Manager where you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects or one very large project. You will lead and manage a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks.
Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project
Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project.
Train and effectively supervise a Project Assistant in the maintenance of project required tracking devices.
Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.

Join our team as a Senior Project Manager where you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects or one very large project. You will lead and manage a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks.
Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project
Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project.
Train and effectively supervise a Project Assistant in the maintenance of project required tracking devices.
Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure project is being built on schedule, and within budgets
Investigate any potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines, and under supervision
Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.
Prepare monthly costing reports
Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client

Proven experience mentoring and managing others.
Business development/heavy client interaction a plus.
Ability to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures;

The Assistant Project Manager is an entry-level project management position and is expected to learn and develop competency in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities. In addition, the APM is responsible for providing administrative and construction support for our Project Management team.
Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, (Return for Information), and meeting minutes.
Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, including planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures, and standards are maintained, etc.
