YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Senior Corporate Counsel will report directly to the Vice President, General Counsel, and is responsible for providing legal counsel and risk management services for the company. This position will advise and represent the company in legal matters and transactions to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Identify and creatively address potential legal issues and drive the company's overall strategic plan.
Prepare and negotiate design and construction agreements, as well as other legal documents such as confidentiality agreements, leases, joint venture/teaming agreements, supply/procurement contracts and IP/license agreements.
Provide counseling on complex risk management, dispute resolution and project management issues.
Resolve issues that arise during the development of a project.
Oversee outside counsel and effectively manage disputes and litigation, including where appropriate negotiated resolutions.
Prepare and conduct training sessions on legal/risk management matters.
Advise and oversee corporate transactional matters - i.e., stock programs, acquisitions, etc.
Assist in business decision-making such as evaluating new opportunities, budgeting and hiring practices.
Evaluate, inter alia, licensure requirements and labor requirements, and ensure company compliance.
Participate in the definition and development of corporate policies, procedures and programs and provide continuing counsel and guidance on legal matters and on legal implications of all matters.

Topics typically include supervisory skills, work readiness, team collaboration, and communication. This role requires a strong understanding of business needs and subject matter expertise.
The Senior WFD Trainer monitors training effectiveness through performance outcomes and reports to a manager. This is a senior level employee development role that has an advanced understanding and can anticipate business needs. They direct new training program design and analyze session feedback to make recommendations for improvement to content and presentations. They have subject matter expertise in a particular subject, training program, or function of the company and are a trusted partner to the business. WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Generally, requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
Requires 4-6 years of related experience.
Union experience is preferred.
Instructional Design certification is preferred.
Presentation skills are preferred.
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
