The Field Payroll Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and payroll support to the field operations and assigned departments. This position supports all levels of staff by coordinating field timekeeping, assisting with payroll documentation, and serving as a key point of contact between field crews, supervisors, and payroll personnel.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Serve as a liaison between field staff (foremen, superintendents), payroll, project management, and accounting regarding timekeeping and payroll-related matters.
• Collect, review, and process field timecards for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies, union agreements, and applicable labor regulations.
• Assist with payroll preparation by verifying hours worked, job codes, overtime, classifications, and per diem or travel allowances as applicable.
• Support certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting, when required, ensuring timely and accurate submission of documentation.
• Respond promptly and professionally to payroll and timekeeping inquiries from field employees and management.
• Maintain accurate payroll and timekeeping records, including filing and data entry into payroll or project management systems.
• Track and report labor hours by job and cost code to support job cost tracking and project reporting.
• Coordinate corrections, adjustments, and follow‑ups related to payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information at all times.
• Provide general administrative support related to field operations as assigned.

Administrative Support (Field-Focused)

• Prepare and distribute payroll-related communications, forms, and reports.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper files related to payroll, job sites, and labor documentation.
• Assist with onboarding documentation related to field payroll requirements, as directed.
• Support department operations through data entry, document control, and record retention.

The Safety Manager administers project safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. They may be responsible for one project or multiple small projects. This role would report to a Senior Safety Manager or Regional Safety Director and potentially manage Safety Coordinators and Field Safety Specialists. • Act as an advisor to the company management team and customer agencies to ensure safety requirements are identified, communicated to employees, and fulfilled.

• Manage the assigned project's safety program budget, planning, acquiring, controlling, and distributing all safety equipment, supplies, and training aids.

• Develop and review the site safety plan for the project.

• Contribute to project start-up meetings.

• Review of the three-week look ahead for the project.

• Ensure a crisis management plan is implemented for projects and facilities.

• Ensure clinics/medical facilities are set up, and the project team knows their location.

• Ensure procedures are followed for LOTO and first-time energization at the project site.

• Review Step by Step and MOPS (Method of Procedures).

The Safety Manager administers project safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. They may be responsible for one project or multiple small projects. This role would report to a Senior Safety Manager or Regional Safety Director and potentially manage Safety Coordinators and Field Safety Specialists. The Lead Workforce Development Trainer supports employee growth by delivering training programs and workshops for both field and office staff. Topics typically include supervisory skills, work readiness, team collaboration, and communication. This role requires a strong understanding of business needs and subject matter expertise. The Lead WFD Trainer is a senior level employee development role that has an advanced understanding and can anticipate business needs. The Lead Workforce Development Trainer supports employee growth by delivering training programs and workshops for both field and office staff. Topics typically include supervisory skills, work readiness, team collaboration, and communication. This role requires a strong understanding of business needs and subject matter expertise. The Lead WFD Trainer is a senior level employee development role that has an advanced understanding and can anticipate business needs. They direct new training program design and analyze session feedback to make recommendations for improvement to content and presentations. They have an increased exposure to senior leadership in the business unit and mentor Senior WFD Trainers.

The Project Director is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and management oversight for all project functions. This role supports a single project or portfolio of projects in excess of $150 million per year. As a senior manager, the Project Director operates with significant autonomy and minimal supervision, focusing on leadership and strategic direction with a specific customer or industry. Additionally, the Project Director plays a key role in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.

The Quality Coordinator is an essential role to ensure the success of Rosendin's Quality & Commissioning programs and initiatives. The Quality Coordinator will work directly with and assist the Director of Quality and Quality Department with program roll outs, initiatives, and reporting. The Quality Coordinator will also be assisting the QA/Cx Managers and project teams with project setup, management, and closeout of applications for implementing, executing , and tracking the QA/QC and Commissioning processes.

• Assist in the setup and closeout of QA/Cx applications used for executing Rosendin's Quality & Commissioning programs.

• Assist with management of the Quality & Commissioning Intranet page for content and access.

• Assist with creating workflows and training content for our quality and commissioning processes and the applications used.

• Provide feedback and input for continual QA/Cx program and general quality improvements.

• Assist with manual, handbook, playbook, procedure, and form updates.

• Assist and participate with creating, building, and delivering training content.

• Coordinate monthly team meetings.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Estimator II is a mid-level professional responsible for preparing and completing bid documents and cost estimates for electrical construction projects. The Estimator II solves a range of straightforward problems and assembles construction costs by collecting and studying information, evaluating bid specifications and drawings, to ensure they understand what is required to bid on and win the project successfully, and can present the project cost to Senior leadership. With moderate guidance and direction, the Estimator II provides overall support for small- to medium-sized projects, assisted by a senior-level estimator.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and requirements.

• Prepare estimates by calculating the complete takeoff of the scope of work and entering them into the computer estimating system; review the estimate printout for accuracy and completeness.

• Identify qualified suppliers/subcontractors and solicit quotes. Review quotes for completeness according to plans and specifications.

• Itemize and quantify all incidentals necessary in preparing the bid packages, including sub-contract work, equipment rental, tools, and supplies.

• Provide guidance to personnel preparing the completion matrix discipline for assigned bids.

• In conjunction with Senior Estimators, develop labor productivity and (installation unit costs where applicable) based on projected site conditions and historical data.

• Compile and execute the scope of work, address technical requirements and pricing, then present them to the Lead Estimator, Estimating Manager, and/or Chief Estimator for the estimated bid package.

• After the successful bid, at project turnover, meet with the project management team along with the senior-level estimator to fully explain the estimate, scope of work, quotes, and offer aspects for the successful transition of the project.

• Responsible for the timely completion of all client-required documents.

• Prepare scope letter inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications for estimates.

• Maintain files of working documents for backup to estimating assumptions and methodologies.
