As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the overall direction, completion, and financial performance of multiple small-to-medium projects or one large-scale initiative. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead projects involving structured cabling, security systems, access control, audio/visual, and network infrastructure.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks.
Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project
Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project.
Train and effectively supervise a Project Assistant in the maintenance of project required tracking devices.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Business Development for our Southern California market. This individual will play a key role in shaping and executing the sales strategy for the Western and Southern California regions. You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, optimize processes, and ensure that the business consistently meets and exceeds revenue goals.
This role combines team leadership, technical expertise, and business development acumen to drive project execution, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a relationship builder with experience in the Audio Visual (AV) market, specifically in AV equipment, functionality, design, engineering, and integration; including but not limited to control systems, video distribution, audio distribution and reinforcement, videoconferencing, digital signage, as well as low-voltage systems such as Data/Voice Structured Cabling, Gigabit Passive Optical Networks (GPON), MUFIDS, BIDS, FIDS, Nurse Call/Emergency Phones, and security systems.
The ideal candidate must be confident in leading sales efforts, which include identifying new business opportunities, bidding on RFPs, and closing profitable deals.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and expand the customer base.
Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train sales teams to achieve targets; Train and assist Business Development Associates and other preconstruction stakeholders to make effective presentations and proposals.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Business Development for our Southern California market. This individual will play a key role in shaping and executing the sales strategy for the Western and Southern California regions. You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, optimize processes, and ensure that the business consistently meets and exceeds revenue goals.
This role combines team leadership, technical expertise, and business development acumen to drive project execution, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a relationship builder with experience in the Audio Visual (AV) market, specifically in AV equipment, functionality, design, engineering, and integration; including but not limited to control systems, video distribution, audio distribution and reinforcement, videoconferencing, digital signage, as well as low-voltage systems such as Data/Voice Structured Cabling, Gigabit Passive Optical Networks (GPON), MUFIDS, BIDS, FIDS, Nurse Call/Emergency Phones, and security systems.
The ideal candidate must be confident in leading sales efforts, which include identifying new business opportunities, bidding on RFPs, and closing profitable deals.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and expand the customer base.
Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train sales teams to achieve targets; Train and assist Business Development Associates and other preconstruction stakeholders to make effective presentations and proposals.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research; Respond to customer inquiries/RFPs/issues with a high level of professionalism and urgency.
Client Relationships: Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders; Serve as the main liaison to prospective and current customers to ensure all needs are consistently met; Assist with and coordinate pre-construction activities throughout sales process and final close of sale; Manage projects through all development stages but stay engaged from the start through construction completion to ensure satisfaction.
Solution Selling: Act as a subject matter expert, linking technology and services with client business challenges and delivering tailored AV and low-voltage solutions.
Proposal Development: Lead the pursuit and preparation of RFPs, including scope review, pricing strategy, and proposal development.
Market Awareness/Outreach: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities; Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and site visits to promote services and capabilities; Supervise the development of marketing materials.
Financial Management: Oversee budgets, profitability, and sales forecasting.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline is a plus but not required. (Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience)
12+ years in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in commercial AV or low-voltage systems.
Strong understanding of AV integration, low-voltage systems, and related technologies (e.g., structured cabling, security systems, smart home/business technologies).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven experience with Salesforce, proposal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with solution-based sales in related industries.
Experience working with multiple contractors/subcontractors and understanding of construction projects.
Experience working directly with corporate and educational clients.
Advanced technical knowledge of Audio Visual (AV) equipment, functionality, design, engineering and integration, including control systems, video distribution, audio distribution and reinforcement, videoconferencing, and digital signage.
Experience and knowledge of complimentary low voltage systems such as Data/Voice Structured Cabling systems, Gigabit Passive Optical Networks (GPON), MUFIDS, BIDS, FIDS, Nurse Call/Emergency Phones, security systems, and computer networks is preferred.
The ability and experience to review RFP's to identify project scope, evaluation criteria, statement of work, timelines and construction schedules, contractual obligations and requirements, project approach, risk assessment and bid submission deliverables and the ability to effectively communicate these details to management and the pursuit team(s).
AVIXA CTS Certification is preferred.

The Engineering Team Lead is an engineering management position responsible for providing technical engineering oversight and design team management for engineering projects for which they are assigned. This technical management role is responsible for financial, resource allocation, logistic and technical leadership of projects and has the capability to mentor and train staff under their supervision.

The Engineer II is a mid-level engineering position responsible for providing technical engineering information and support to the senior engineers to ensure that projects comply with the project requirements and all engineering standards, applicable codes, and specifications. The candidate will have knowledge of various electrical engineering and interdisciplinary coordination concepts, including but not limited to power distribution, lighting, grounding, energy conservation, and value engineering related to designing state-of-the-art, constructible projects.
Oversee junior engineers, designers, and staff assigned to your work or team. In this instance, an Engineer II would feel comfortable and capable of leading projects of limited scope.
Review, comment, and process equipment and system submittals in coordination with the Engineer of Record.
Generate electrical specifications appropriate for the project.
Develop a complete and accurate sequence of operations for all designed systems.
Working knowledge of equipment and system testing and commissioning.
Perform process coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, project management, field, and all electrical trades.
Prepare designs, check, and specify power, lighting, and auxiliary systems for photovoltaic (PV), distributive generation (DG), battery energy storage systems (BESS), or medium voltage (MV) systems.

The Engineer II is a mid-level engineering position responsible for providing technical engineering information and support to the senior engineers to ensure that projects comply with the project requirements and all engineering standards, applicable codes, and specifications. The candidate will have knowledge of various electrical engineering and interdisciplinary coordination concepts, including but not limited to power distribution, lighting, grounding, energy conservation, and value engineering related to designing state-of-the-art, constructible projects.
Oversee junior engineers, designers, and staff assigned to your work or team. In this instance, an Engineer II would feel comfortable and capable of leading projects of limited scope.
Review, comment, and process equipment and system submittals in coordination with the Engineer of Record.
Generate electrical specifications appropriate for the project.
Develop a complete and accurate sequence of operations for all designed systems.
Working knowledge of equipment and system testing and commissioning.
Perform process coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, project management, field, and all electrical trades.
