Join our team as a Senior Project Manager where you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects or one very large project. You will lead and manage a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks.
Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project
Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project.
Train and effectively supervise a Project Assistant in the maintenance of project required tracking devices.
Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.

The Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to one (or more) people within specified project or office site. Typically reports to Division Manager. May supervise other department Administrative Assistants.
Type a variety of documents, many highly confidential. Maintain/set-up sophisticated filing systems, supervisor's personnel files, etc.

The Safety Manager administers project safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. They may be responsible for one project or multiple small projects. This role would report to a Senior Safety Manager or Regional Safety Director and potentially manage Safety Coordinators and Field Safety Specialists. Manage the assigned project's safety program budget, planning, acquiring, controlling, and distributing all safety equipment, supplies, and training aids.
Develop and review the site safety plan for the project.
Contribute to project start-up meetings.
Review of the three-week look ahead for the project.
Ensure a crisis management plan is implemented for projects and facilities.
Ensure clinics/medical facilities are set up, and the project team knows their location.
Ensure procedures are followed for LOTO and first-time energization at the project site.
Review Step by Step and MOPS (Method of Procedures).
Develop and participate in RCAs (root cause analysis) to prevent reoccurring events at projects.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for account management activities, including overseeing and managing client relationships, pipeline management, and closing contracts.
Prepare and execute ongoing business development action plan for specific target market(s) and projects as identified in the Divisional Business Plan.
Perform and manage research to identify and prioritize potential customers and projects that fall within the Divisional Business plan.
Take the lead on introductions and ongoing relationship management between external clients and internal leadership management team.
Serve as main liaison to prospective and current customers to ensure all needs are consistently met throughout the pre-construction process.
Assist with and coordinate per-construction activities throughout our sales process.
Populate and keep current the pipeline of project opportunities in our internal Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). Identify and track long term project pursuits (12 months+). Under limited supervision, the Safety Specialist will implement and administer all aspects of the corporate environmental, health, and safety (EHS) program and the site-specific safety program for assigned area or responsibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Performs regular and frequent site inspections and observations. Engages with employees, supervision, and management, continuously educating, coaching on safe work practices. Seeks opportunities to praise, recognize, and award our employees and teams.
Documents findings, compiles information, creates detailed reports, analyzes data, and tracks progress. Maintains files and records for long term storage.
Coordinates with client/owner, project management, field supervision, and divisional/regional leadership to ensure successful implementation of EHS program/plan. Represents safety in meetings.
Begins the shift in the field, coordinating with crews, participating in pre-task plans and stretch and flex, ensuring teams have what they need to work safely.
Performs, documents, and records environmental sampling utilizing tools like a dosimeter, light meter, multi-gas meter, etc.
Coordinates emergency response, provides care for injured employees, performs incident investigation, conducts interviews, compiles information and photographs, completes incident reports, participates in incident review process, tracks progress on recommended corrective actions, and develops lessons learned to be shared.
Bachelor's degree in environmental, health, safety
High school diploma or equivalent w/ experience.

5 years of relevant experience w/ high school diploma or equivalent.
