The HSE Specialist I is an entry-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. The HSE Specialist I is an entry-level professional safety position. It is a field-based position and supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs by collaborating with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and customer representatives. YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Procurement Category Manager responsible for development and implementation of procurement strategies for various categories as assigned, which are in alignment with Project objectives for cost, quality, and schedule. The candidate will form, lead, and oversee teams of subject matter experts that will define and implement new or enhanced business or technology processes, initiatives, projects, etc., to deliver added value within and outside of Supply Chain. The position will focus on achieving "best cost" while improving efficiencies throughout the procurement process from estimate to contract close-out to drive savings and efficiency across the company.
WHAT YOU\'LL DO:
Develop category strategy to achieve financial value-add and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through detailed analysis of the category portfolio including consolidation of supplier base and spend across all geographical areas. Address key operating priorities including performance management, safety, and compliance.
Assess work streams and activities for consolidation opportunities. Assess current and future business processes for best work practice, and/or technological fit based on external market and industry practices.
Closely monitor the global supply market with regards to pricing & commodity trends, supplier capacity, supplier news, industry news and new product developments
Aggressively pursue defined Category Management (CM) strategy in order to ensure competitive advantage for Rosendin and to position Rosendin as a market leader and preferred client of our key suppliers
Develop and implement metrics to monitor area of responsibility, identification of gaps, and implement action plans to remediate. Understand, assess, and anticipate the internal/external strategic landscape of Supply Chain and how these impact the projects.
Proactively challenge current procurement, estimating, and cost tracking practices to drive improved results
Develop and implement innovative solutions to resolve complex issues, while executing advanced organizational readiness change management strategies.
Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization
Ensure that strategies for assigned categories evolve to adequately address changing market conditions
Negotiate Master Agreements with key suppliers
Understand, assess, and anticipate the internal/external strategic landscape of Supply Chain and how these impact the projects.
Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks/KPI\'s for suppliers and commodities against Rosendin projects and divisions
Develop and implement innovative solutions to resolve complex issues, while executing advanced organizational readiness change management strategies.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Procurement Category Manager responsible for development and implementation of procurement strategies for various categories as assigned, which are in alignment with Project objectives for cost, quality, and schedule. The candidate will form, lead, and oversee teams of subject matter experts that will define and implement new or enhanced business or technology processes, initiatives, projects, etc., to deliver added value within and outside of Supply Chain. The position will focus on achieving "best cost" while improving efficiencies throughout the procurement process from estimate to contract close-out to drive savings and efficiency across the company.
WHAT YOU\'LL DO:
Develop category strategy to achieve financial value-add and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through detailed analysis of the category portfolio including consolidation of supplier base and spend across all geographical areas. Address key operating priorities including performance management, safety, and compliance.
Assess work streams and activities for consolidation opportunities. Assess current and future business processes for best work practice, and/or technological fit based on external market and industry practices.
Closely monitor the global supply market with regards to pricing & commodity trends, supplier capacity, supplier news, industry news and new product developments
Aggressively pursue defined Category Management (CM) strategy in order to ensure competitive advantage for Rosendin and to position Rosendin as a market leader and preferred client of our key suppliers
Develop and implement metrics to monitor area of responsibility, identification of gaps, and implement action plans to remediate. Understand, assess, and anticipate the internal/external strategic landscape of Supply Chain and how these impact the projects.
Proactively challenge current procurement, estimating, and cost tracking practices to drive improved results
Develop and implement innovative solutions to resolve complex issues, while executing advanced organizational readiness change management strategies.
Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization
Ensure that strategies for assigned categories evolve to adequately address changing market conditions
Negotiate Master Agreements with key suppliers
Understand, assess, and anticipate the internal/external strategic landscape of Supply Chain and how these impact the projects.
Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks/KPI\'s for suppliers and commodities against Rosendin projects and divisions
Develop and implement innovative solutions to resolve complex issues, while executing advanced organizational readiness change management strategies.
Maintaining a safety conscious work environment by following Edison safety protocols and safe work practices; and performing other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

The Director of Procurement, Materials (West) is responsible for overall management of the execution of material contracts over multiple projects within the Mountain West and West regions reporting to the Vice President of Procurement. The Director is responsible for implementation and creation of material procurement processes and procedures, supporting project teams with procurement execution, acting as the corporate liaison to the project teams and operational leadership, while ensuring compliance with company and contractual obligations.

Identify and manage the internal/external metrics for our suppliers, procurement, and operations to establish a culture of continuous improvement on behalf of REI. Ensure proposed and implemented mitigation actions are appropriately addressing identified deficiency gaps.
Accountable for all material sourcing events, in collaboration with the Center of Excellence, to minimize operational disruption, mitigate supplier risks, and drive value to the REI bottom line
Oversee bid proposals, the creation of negotiation plans, and terms and conditions/commercial negotiations.
Ensure Operations receives the appropriate support required for the development of their project estimates based on material pricing and statement of work expertise
Manage and oversee the Enterprise database that is utilized by the Estimating department to quote material prices for future projects
Responsible for ensuring all recommend awards are in accordance with the approved decision model and Delegation of Authority and that adherence to procurement policies and procedures is strictly enforced.
