Join our team as a Senior Project Manager where you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects or one very large project. You will lead and manage a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks.
Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project

The Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing HR people management and administrative support which includes acting as broker and partner with various People Department functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and HR Shared Services to provide solutions to a wide variety of employee questions and concerns. Basic knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, risk evaluation, and regulatory compliance related to FMLA, leaves of absences, return to work, ADA, NLRA, etc. Partners with the legal department and/or HRBPs as needed/required.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention through management partnership and employee feedback systems or surveys.
Works with managers to identify skill or knowledge gaps and delivers or coordinates training in response dependent on topic.

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. Has overall responsibility for maintaining budgets, timelines and profitability for assigned projects.
