The Senior Procurement Category Specialist responsible for development and implementation of procurement strategies for various categories as assigned, which are in alignment with Rosendin objectives for cost, quality, and schedule. The position focuses on achieving "best cost" while improving efficiencies throughout the procurement process from estimate to contract close-out to drive savings and efficiency across the company.
What You\'ll Do
Assist in the development of category strategy to achieve financial value-add and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through detailed analysis of the category portfolio including consolidation of supplier base and spend across all geographical areas. Address key operating priorities including performance management, safety, and compliance.
Assess work streams and activities for consolidation opportunities. Assess current and future business processes for best work practice, and/or technological fit based on external market and industry practices.
Closely monitor the global supply market with regards to pricing & commodity trends, supplier capacity, supplier news, industry news and new product developments
Aggressively pursue defined Category Management (CM) strategy to ensure competitive advantage for Rosendin and to position Rosendin as a market leader and preferred client of our key suppliers.
Develop and implement metrics to monitor area of responsibility, identify gaps, and implement action plans to remediate. Understand, assess, and anticipate the internal/external strategic landscape of Supply Chain and how these impact the projects.
Proactively challenge current procurement, estimating, and cost tracking practices to drive improved results.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to resolve complex issues, while executing advanced organizational readiness change management strategies.
Build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization.
Ensure that strategies for assigned categories evolve to adequately address changing market conditions.
Assist in negotiating Master Agreements with key suppliers

5-7 years\' experience in a procurement, contract management, project management or related role

The Senior Substation Civil/Structural Engineer is responsible for managing all aspects of the design as it relates to electrical substation civil/structural engineering, specifically for HV/MV substation projects. He or She will interface with the preconstruction/estimating and project execution teams to ensure that the civil/structural designs meet all applicable codes and standards and are satisfactory to Rosendin expectations.
Electrical substation civil/structural design including permitting support, site layout, grading design, main equipment foundations for main circuit breakers, main transformers and switches etc., cable trenches, manholes, cable trays, retaining wall design, stormwater analysis, containment structure design, survey coordination, and civil construction support.
Review civil construction specifications, cost estimates, engineering proposals, and project schedules.
Provide support for transmission line right-of-way access improvement design including culvert sizing, stormwater drainage analysis, stabilization specification, construction support, and inspection.
Assist with analyzing the design for various civil elements related to high-voltage power transmission and substation design.
Partner with clients, vendors, permitting agencies, and various other team members and stakeholders to see projects through to completion.
Assist with estimating to help approximate civil quantities for pricing exercises
Develop civil engineering scope of work for pursuits.
Interface with appropriate project management and field supervision team to provide civil engineering input and knowledge for possible projects Rosendin is pursuing.
Review (QA/QC) civil engineering drawing packages from contracted firms for solar PV projects.
Interface with project management team, field/operations team and other engineering disciplines to ensure all civil aspects of the design are met to Rosendin standards and consider constructability
Attend project meetings (on-site as necessary or remotely).
Provide alternative engineering methods related to civil engineering that may offer cost savings to the project.

The Project Manager I is a mid-level project management position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project supporting senior project management.
Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, and maintaining all company/project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact. This will include the assessment of the scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to complete a project successfully.
Responsible for preparing a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid form.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the guidelines of corporate policies.
Supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project. Negotiate all change orders on the project.
Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines and under supervision.
Supervise the preparation of all change quotations for presentation to the prime client and assist in negotiating all change quotations to a conclusion.
Prepare monthly costing reports under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.

Supervise the preparation of all change quotations for presentation to the prime client and assist in negotiating all change quotations to a conclusion.
Prepare monthly costing reports under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.
Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationships with the client.
Review any documentation prepared by Assistant Project Manager before submission.
Represent the company in project meetings under the guidance of PM II or Sr. Project Manager.

The Technical Project Manager I is a mid-level project management position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project supporting senior project management.
Provide initial client contact to assess client needs for their facility.
Prepare a complete estimate and budget for the technical project with a detailed review of client requirements.
Manage large, technical projects awarded to the Critical Environment Group, including but not limited to 3- and 5-year electrical testing, systems migrations, major equipment replacement projects, and controls system upgrades.
Manages intra-company work orders for supporting construction divisions.
Supports Technical Project Manager II and Technical Project Executive with CEG policies and procedures as needed.

The Director of Engineering - Data Centers is a key leadership role responsible for guiding regional engineering strategy, operations, and performance. This leader will oversee engineering teams delivering state‑of‑the‑art data center designs-including next‑generation AI‑focused facilities. In partnership with senior leadership, this role influences strategic direction, operational planning, and overall engineering excellence. Provide input on strategic decision making and processes to the VP, Engineering and other Directors and Officers.
Lead and mentor engineering teams in the design and development of cutting‑edge data centers.
Support and innovate around the latest AI‑driven data center technologies.
Report to the Senior Director or VP of Engineering and contribute to firmwide planning for engineering, modeling/detailing, and principal engineering activities.
Build and manage the engineering organization within the region, aligning talent and skills to project needs.
Recruit, develop, and deploy engineering staff to support business and project objectives.
Oversee regional engineering budgets, staffing, and HR-related responsibilities.
Support proposal development, client presentations, and business development efforts.
Direct early‑phase engineering activities, particularly large-scale or high‑risk projects.
Lead complex project close‑out, QA/QC efforts, and commissioning support for operations teams.
Serve as a representative for dispute resolution or high‑sensitivity client interactions.
Work independently to translate executive‑level direction into actionable plans and deliverables.
Develop or oversee complex engineering outputs such as sequences of operations, testing scripts, and integrated system designs.
Conduct site visits for feasibility studies, existing conditions reviews, and inspections of factory‑built systems.
Lead value engineering efforts and evaluate design decisions against budget requirements.
Provide expertise in equipment selection, electrical systems, testing, and commissioning.
Support Pre‑Construction, Estimating, and Business Development initiatives, including client engagement and securing new work.
Review contract requirements and ensure engineering compliance and performance.
Perform additional responsibilities as required by the role and business needs.
Advanced knowledge of building electrical systems, engineering, manufacturing, and technology.
Strong management capabilities including workload planning, resource management, staff development, and financial oversight.
Expertise in system testing and commissioning and the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive, collaborative work style and the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, architectural engineering, construction sciences, or a related field.
A minimum 12 years of relevant experience (education, training, and experience may be combined).
Active U.S. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
Up to 50%.
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
