WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
Required Qualifications
Twelve or more years of experience in enterprise application management, digital enablement, or technology operations.
3+ years of leadership experience guiding teams or managing technical programs.
Strong understanding of construction industry systems and workflows, including experience with:
Primavera P6
Procore
Bluebeam
Autodesk & BIM technologies
Experience leading lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to translate construction needs into scalable technology solutions.
Experience managing budgets, contracts, vendor relationships, and enterprise‑level projects.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct construction industry experience, especially in electrical contracting or large‑scale commercial construction.
Experience partnering with or coordinating programs alongside Enterprise Learning & Development teams.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Senior Manager of Construction Applications to lead our application ecosystem and strengthen internal customer enablement across Rosendin. In this high‑impact role, you will guide the strategy, adoption, and performance of the enterprise systems that power our construction operations-ensuring our teams in the office and the field have the tools they need to build safely, efficiently, and effectively.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead & Develop High‑Performing Teams
Manage, coach, and grow a team of Enterprise Application Training & Support Analysts.

Own & Optimize the Application Portfolio
Oversee Rosendin's enterprise application landscape-including core construction platforms such as Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
