The Assistant Project Manager is an entry-level project management position and is expected to learn and develop competency in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities. In addition, the APM is responsible for providing administrative and construction support for our Project Management team.
Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, (Return for Information), and meeting minutes.
Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, including planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures, and standards are maintained, etc.
Maintain change orders, submittal, and document (drawing) control logs. Prepare required logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.
Responsible for contract submittals that are accurate and timely.
Responsible for creating and issuing the Subcontractors' contracts.
Responsible for the assembly and timely delivery of the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
Ensure that the project quality control plan is followed.
Interacts with subcontractors to ensure we have obtained the correct documentation and drawing for the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
Responsible for keeping the Warranty Log up to date.

The Project Manager II is a senior project management position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall project management support to two to four concurrent projects of small to medium crew size or one to two concurrent projects of large crew size. This is a senior project management role with developed subject matter expertise and the capability to mentor and train other staff.

The Project Manager I is a mid-level project management position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project supporting senior project management.
Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, and maintaining all company/project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact. This will include the assessment of the scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to complete a project successfully.
Responsible for preparing a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid form.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the guidelines of corporate policies.
Supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project. Negotiate all change orders on the project.
Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines and under supervision.
Supervise the preparation of all change quotations for presentation to the prime client and assist in negotiating all change quotations to a conclusion.
Prepare monthly costing reports under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.

As a Senior Project Manager in our EPC division, you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium BESS, substation, wind, DG projects or one very large utility scale solar project. You will lead and manage a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Comprehensive knowledge and management of all scopes required for renewable EPC construction: civil, fence, environmental, SWPPP, SPCC, mechanical, structural, substation, medium voltage collections, DC collections, BESS, SCADA, etc.
Engaging and maintaining positive relationships with the local, state, and federal AHJ's to obtain permits and ensure compliance with all codes and permit requirements
Developing relations with landowners, local community leaders, emergency services, and businesses to ensure positive impact on the community throughout the construction process.
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and project requirements
Manage relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Division and/or specific departments as assigned. This position will provide general assistance to all levels of staff.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Division and/or specific departments as assigned. This position will provide general assistance to all levels of staff.
Act as liaison between supervisor and others (i.e., departments, external contacts, vendors, clients, etc.).
Provide prompt and professional service to all internal and external clients.
Prepares and distributes internal communications and serves as a central clearing position for general information.
Oversee/process day-to-day administrative items: mail, overnight mail, packages, expense reports, checks, courier services, maintain office supplies, etc.
Performs filing, typing, data input and other clerical support to all other departments and personnel, as directed.
Answer inquiries and/or directs calls to appropriate staff, and takes messages, as necessary.
Coordinate and initiate meetings and travel arrangements for the Department. Arrange schedules for management staff.
Maintain supervisor's calendar, schedule meetings and conference rooms for Department.
Compose and/or edit/distribute letters, memos, reports, and other departmental correspondence on time.
Provide support by photocopying, filing, and sending faxes as needed.
Pulls and put files to dead storage as required.

Associate degree in Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 2 years' experience in office administrative work
Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience
Computer, filing, and 10-key skills required attention to detail is necessary; strong analytical skills favored
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary

As a Senior Project Manager in our EPC division, you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium BESS, substation, wind, DG projects or one very large utility scale solar project. You will lead and manage a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position proactively manages and maintains relationships with current customers.
Comprehensive knowledge and management of all scopes required for renewable EPC construction: civil, fence, environmental, SWPPP, SPCC, mechanical, structural, substation, medium voltage collections, DC collections, BESS, SCADA, etc.
Engaging and maintaining positive relationships with the local, state, and federal AHJ's to obtain permits and ensure compliance with all codes and permit requirements
Developing relations with landowners, local community leaders, emergency services, and businesses to ensure positive impact on the community throughout the construction process.
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and project requirements
Manage relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of EPC projects within defined scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
Management of project constraints, including but not limited to LOD, ESA Phase 1, Buildable area, Hydrology Studies. Etc.
Compile and distribute all predesign required reports and studies (PVSyst, geotech, hydro, surveys, pile push/pull testing, thermo-resistivity studies, etc)

Manage substation design, procurement and build based on SGIA requirements
Identification of Private and Public Utility locations in and around the project location. File or negotiate the appropriate crossing agreements.
Resource Management of Water, Sewer, Electrical Service, Security, Medical services (GEMS) and Internet for the project office compound.
Develop site compound, laydown yard and logistics plan for the project site, with the logistics superintendent
Comprehension of the geotechnical report and its impact on civil and structural designs

The Contracts Manager position plays a key role in Rosendin's Contracts/Legal team and supports the contracting effort within the Risk Management/Legal Department. Competitive salary and benefits for the role depending on experience.
Provide a critical component to a dynamic Risk Management/Legal Team and its day-to-day contract management activities, including oversight of contract administration process.
Interface with internal and external customers regarding construction contract issues, including contractual risk allocation issues.
Review, red-line, and negotiate terms within established guidelines to mitigate contractual risk in customer construction contracts, leases, NDA's, and other miscellaneous contracts. Maintain document database including uploading and tracking documents (e.g., agreements, compliance documents, etc.)
Assisting in the resolution of any contract-related issues that arise.
Work closely with project teams on the contracting process throughout the entire contract lifecycle, from initial fact-checking (confirmation of key contract terms, both legal and commercial) to final document completion.
Regularly communicating with stakeholders to update them on contract status and to address any concerns.
Initially, this position will primarily support the core electrical trade contracting business. Opportunities may arise to assist the energy/renewables business, as well as manufacturing and procurement.
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Continually demonstrate problem-solving skills, poise, and diplomacy.

3-5 years of experience in contracts management is highly preferred, particularly within the construction and/or manufacturing industry. A basic understanding of contracts concepts is mandatory, while a basic understanding of insurance concepts is preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is expected. Experience with Adobe, DocuSign, and Salesforce a plus.

The Business Development Associate is responsible for supporting Rosendin's Business Development Team with project pursuits, company branding material and daily support of the department.
Supports Business Development Team by assisting in the development and maintenance of assets and material per corporate guidelines (i.e. proposal content, resumes, project data sheets, etc.)

The Engineer I is an entry-level engineering position and is expected to learn and develop competency in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Part of the responsibility will be to provide technical engineering design, consultation, information, and assistance to internal and external customers under the direct supervision of the Engineering Team Lead or Manager to ensure that the project complies with all engineering standards.
May oversee or collaborate with Designers assigned to your work or team.
Review, comment, and process equipment and system submittals.
Perform coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, and plumbing processes and all electrical trades.
Prepare designs, check, and specify power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
Develop power single-line diagrams. Develop and model short circuits and over current protection device coordination studies.
Coordinate your work with the project specifications or equipment buy-out.
Visit job sites to field survey existing electrical conditions under supervision.
Become familiar with engineering analysis programs to analyze loads, lighting levels, and short circuit currents under the supervision of a senior engineer.
Participate in project team meetings. May interface with various team members, architects, and mechanical contractors/engineers.
Work closely with the engineering supervisor to understand design criteria and budgetary issues.
Assist and develop skills with drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interferences, and errors.
Assist with the review of plans and technical specifications, contract documents, and estimates under the supervision of a senior engineer.
Assist senior engineers with field observations, design interpretations, and design updates during construction.

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, architectural engineering, construction sciences, or equivalent experience.
