The Assistant Project Manager is an entry-level project management position and is expected to learn and develop competency in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities. In addition, the APM is responsible for providing administrative and construction support for our Project Management team.
Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, (Return for Information), and meeting minutes.
Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, including planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures, and standards are maintained, etc.
Maintain change orders, submittal, and document (drawing) control logs. Prepare required logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.
Responsible for contract submittals that are accurate and timely.
Responsible for creating and issuing the Subcontractors' contracts.
Responsible for the assembly and timely delivery of the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
Ensure that the project quality control plan is followed.
Interacts with subcontractors to ensure we have obtained the correct documentation and drawing for the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
Responsible for keeping the Warranty Log up to date.
Attend company/project meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc., and provide project management support
Cooperate with and technically assist field personnel assigned to the area of responsibility.
Monitor other contractors' activities and progress.
Responsible for creating the Job Information Sheets and establishing Job Files.

The Project Executive is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the strategic as well as the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management and Project Administration activities. The Legal Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Risk \\ Legal business unit for Rosendin and will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, organizational, and transactional support to Rosendin's in‑house risk management team. This role supports the risk team in handling contract management, corporate governance, risk mitigation, procurement agreements, vendor relationships, and other legal needs typical of a large electrical contracting business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Document & Records Management
Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring accurate indexing and secure storage.
Support corporate governance documentation, including entity filings, annual reports, and business licenses.
Administer legal department databases, contract repositories, and document management systems.
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications for the risk team.
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and reports. Oversee/process day-to-day administrative items: mail, overnight mail, packages, expense reports, checks, courier services, maintain office supplies, etc.
Performs filing, typing, data input and other clerical support to Legal team and act as a backup for the Risk Management unit.
Process legal invoices, expense reports, and departmental budget tracking.
Assist with onboarding outside counsel, collecting billing guidelines, and maintaining contact lists.
Research & Compliance Support
Conduct preliminary research related to contracts, regulatory requirements, and state-by-state licensing.
Assist risk team with assembling documentation for audits, compliance reviews, and corporate initiatives.
Help maintain forms, checklists, workflows, and process documentation.

Two or more years of experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, paralegal assistant, or similar role-preferably in transactional law, construction law, or corporate in-house departments.
Prior experience with eDiscovery platforms.

Take the lead in driving success for Low Voltage projects that power connectivity and security for our clients. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the overall direction, completion, and financial performance of multiple small-to-medium projects or one large-scale initiative. You'll manage and mentor a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead projects involving structured cabling, security systems, access control, audio/visual, and network infrastructure.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks.
Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project
Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project.
Train and effectively supervise a Project Assistant in the maintenance of project required tracking devices.
Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the overall direction, completion, and financial performance of multiple small-to-medium projects or one large-scale initiative. You'll manage and mentor a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead projects involving structured cabling, security systems, access control, audio/visual, and network infrastructure.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks.
Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project
Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project.
Train and effectively supervise a Project Assistant in the maintenance of project required tracking devices.
Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure project is being built on schedule, and within budgets
Investigate any potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines, and under supervision
Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.
Prepare monthly costing reports
Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client

SUMMARY

Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related discipline
Minimum 2 years' previous administrative support experience in a professional business environment, 1 year preferably in Human Resources
Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent
High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentation
Computer, filing, and 10-key skills required
Strong organizational, record-keeping and follow-up skills
Attention to detail is necessary; strong analytical skills favored
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle a plus
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
