The Program Manager serves as the strategic interface between our programmatic level customers and the organization, guiding complex programs across the full product life cycle with clarity and accountability. The Manager, Production Quality for Modular Power Solutions is a facility-based role responsible for quality assurance and validation of quality control throughout the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems serving data center, mission-critical infrastructure, high-tech, and energy customers. This position owns the execution of project- and product-specific Quality Plans at the facility level and ensures that quality requirements are defined early, implemented consistently, and verified at each stage of design, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery. This role reports to and is functionally managed by the Regional Quality Manager, who provides the overarching Quality Management System (QMS), policies, and guidelines. The Manager, Production Quality is responsible for deploying, enforcing, and continuously improving these requirements locally while serving as the primary quality authority on-site.
Serve as the on-site quality authority, ensuring adherence to corporate and regional Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Approve and maintain facility-level Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and all quality documentation.
Establish and enforce quality hold points, witness points, and FAT readiness, with authority to stop work when quality, safety, or compliance risks arise.
Lead quality assurance across the full product lifecycle, integrating quality into design reviews, procurement, manufacturing, and testing processes.
Conduct and oversee audits, inspections, and FATs, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, mission-critical infrastructure standards, and applicable codes (UL, NEC, NFPA, IEC, CSA, ASME, AWS).
Validate inspection, testing, and verification activities, ensuring nonconformances are identified, resolved, and verified for effectiveness.
Maintain traceability of quality records, documentation, and shipment readiness based on verified QC results.
Define and enforce supplier and subcontractor quality expectations, reviewing documentation, inspections, and corrective actions to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), leveraging quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement and defect prevention.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management to resolve design, manufacturability, and process issues.
Participate in customer audits, inspections, and quality reviews, acting as the primary facility-level quality interface.
Train and mentor personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance overall facility quality performance.
Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement functions in manufacturing, assembly and fabrication environments, ISO-9001 preferred

The Manager, Production Quality for Modular Power Solutions is a facility-based role responsible for quality assurance and validation of quality control throughout the full product lifecycle for modular enclosures and skid-mounted systems serving data center, mission-critical infrastructure, high-tech, and energy customers. Join our team as a Senior Project Manager where you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects or one very large project. You will lead and manage a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies. Put these in clear concise work statement for the field.
Effectively supervise a staff in the day to day administration of a job or supervise two or more Project Managers in their daily tasks.
Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project
Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project.
Train and effectively supervise a Project Assistant in the maintenance of project required tracking devices.
Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure project is being built on schedule, and within budgets
Investigate any potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines, and under supervision
Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.
Prepare monthly costing reports
Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client

Proven experience mentoring and managing others.

Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
Noise level is usually low to medium; can be loud on a job site.

The BIM Modeler II is responsible for providing modeling efforts for both project delivery and standards. A member of the production team that is expected to provide accurate and efficient modeling and deliverables from assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Capable of successfully performing all tasks of a BIM Modeler I
Work with the Lead Modeler/Supervisor in developing Revit Families either for the revised standards or for a specific project's needs.
Will need to efficiently model and document theproject.
Perform layout and input from field details into Revit in accordance with REI Standards.
Lead modeling efforts on assigned scope
Setup of Revit views, view templates, and filters following Rosendin Standards.
Document progress of assigned work following project standards

Type, proofread, spell check work without supervision
Understanding of working within Revit work sharing environments

The BIM Modeler II is responsible for providing modeling efforts for both project delivery and standards. A member of the production team that is expected to provide accurate and efficient modeling and deliverables from assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Capable of successfully performing all tasks of a BIM Modeler I
Work with the Lead Modeler/Supervisor in developing Revit Families either for the revised standards or for a specific project's needs.
Will need to efficiently model and document theproject.
Perform layout and input from field details into Revit in accordance with REI Standards.
Lead modeling efforts on assigned scope
Setup of Revit views, view templates, and filters following Rosendin Standards.
Document progress of assigned work following project standards

The Senior Workforce Development Trainer supports employee growth by delivering training programs and workshops for both field and office staff. Topics typically include supervisory skills, work readiness, team collaboration, and communication. This role requires a strong understanding of business needs and subject matter expertise.
The Senior WFD Trainer monitors training effectiveness through performance outcomes and reports to a manager. This is a senior level employee development role that has an advanced understanding and can anticipate business needs. They have subject matter expertise in a particular subject, training program, or function of the company and are a trusted partner to the business.
