The Director, Corporate Real Estate will lead the strategic planning and management of our real estate portfolio across a growing electrical contracting organization. This corporate role ensures our facilities and properties align with business goals-optimizing cost, reducing risk, and supporting an environment where our teams can thrive. Responsibilities span the full real estate lifecycle, including site selection, lease negotiations, construction oversight, and property disposition.
Portfolio Strategy & Asset Management
Strategic Planning: Develop a multi-year real estate strategy that supports headcount growth, hybrid work models, and market expansion.
Lease Administration: oversee the global lease portfolio, ensuring critical dates (renewals, terminations, options) are tracked and actioned proactively.
Space Utilization: Analyze occupancy data to identify opportunities for consolidation, subleasing, or expansion to maximize ROI per square foot.
Financial Modeling: Partner with Finance to forecast real estate OpEx and CapEx, manage occupancy costs, and perform "lease vs. buy" analyses.
2. Transactions & Deal Making
