The Project Manager I - MPS is a mid-level Project Management position responsible for managing smaller-scale projects, creating detailed project plans and collaborating on tasks with internal stakeholders members while tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring the completion of projects timelines, within budget, while receiving guidance and mentorship from Head of Projects. The Project Manager I answer client queries, addresses technical and contract questions as well as identifying new business opportunities among existing customers. YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Regional Controller is responsible for overseeing the region's Cost Ledgers, Financial Statements, Budgets, cash forecasting and collecting and assisting various regional and corporate personnel with any finance related issues.
Manage the monthly revenue recognition and cost projection process (CAC reviews) with the region(s)Operations Manager(s) and Corporate Finance.
Communicate risk issues identified in monthly CAC reviews to upper management.
Coordinate with various Finance department personnel to develop and implement new processes or policies related to Finance.
Review and maintain allocation rates for region's support departments.
Ensure accuracy of region's inventory counts and general ledger accounts.
Communicate Finance related issues in region to Corporate Finance personnel.
Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the region's cost tracking systems.
Ensure efficient dissemination of information from Cost Ledgers to region Operations personnel.
Assist Corporate Finance in developing and maintaining labor rates for estimating and project billings.
Assist with Finance and Enterprise System related training for Regional personnel.
Assist Corporate Tax Department with regional tax issues.
Manage finance personnel assigned to region including Cost Accountant and Billing Specialist.
Provide guidance, training and support for payroll, billing and other accounting support personnel located in the region.
Assist in the development and review of regional overhead budgets. Perform periodic variance review of overhead budgets.
Assist in the preparation and review of regional revenue forecasts for accuracy and reasonableness.
Provide weekly cash forecast to AR Manager and CFO.
Facilitate document management between corporate and region

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:
The Regional Controller is responsible for overseeing the region's Cost Ledgers, Financial Statements, Budgets, cash forecasting and collecting and assisting various regional and corporate personnel with any finance related issues.
Manage the monthly revenue recognition and cost projection process (CAC reviews) with the region(s)Operations Manager(s) and Corporate Finance.
Communicate risk issues identified in monthly CAC reviews to upper management.
Coordinate with various Finance department personnel to develop and implement new processes or policies related to Finance.
Review and maintain allocation rates for region's support departments.
Ensure accuracy of region's inventory counts and general ledger accounts.
Communicate Finance related issues in region to Corporate Finance personnel.
Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the region's cost tracking systems.
Ensure efficient dissemination of information from Cost Ledgers to region Operations personnel.
Assist Corporate Finance in developing and maintaining labor rates for estimating and project billings.
Assist with Finance and Enterprise System related training for Regional personnel.
Assist Corporate Tax Department with regional tax issues.
Manage finance personnel assigned to region including Cost Accountant and Billing Specialist.
Provide guidance, training and support for payroll, billing and other accounting support personnel located in the region.
Assist in the development and review of regional overhead budgets. Perform periodic variance review of overhead budgets.
Assist in the preparation and review of regional revenue forecasts for accuracy and reasonableness.
Provide weekly cash forecast to AR Manager and CFO.
Facilitate document management between corporate and region

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years' construction industry experience and/or public accounting experience
CPA Required
Prior managerial experience
Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience
Extensive knowledge of payroll, unions, and construction cost accounting.
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, etc.); Oracle EBS preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player

The Director of Procurement, Materials (East & Central) for major projects is responsible for overall management of the execution of material contracts over multiple projects within the East and Central regions reporting to the Vice President of Procurement. The Director is responsible for implementation and creation of material procurement processes and procedures, supporting project teams with procurement execution, acting as the corporate liaison to the project teams and operational leadership, while ensuring compliance with company and contractual obligations.

Oversee bid proposals, the creation of negotiation plans, and terms and conditions/commercial negotiations.

Manage and oversee the Enterprise database that is utilized by the Estimating department to quote material prices for future projects

The Service Manager is responsible for providing overall management and direction for several small projects and multiple service calls.
Provide initial client contact to assess client needs for their facility or service call.
Prepare a complete estimate, budget for the service call or small project with a detailed review of client requirements.
Negotiate and maintain terms and rates with clients for facilitating and sustaining service accounts.
Manage financial aspects of contracts with the service project assistant (progress billings, rental equipment, income / expenses) to protect the company\'s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client to ensure profitability of this function.
Prepare monthly cost reports under the supervision of a Division Manager.

The Service Manager is responsible for providing overall management and direction for several small projects and multiple service calls.
Provide initial client contact to assess client needs for their facility or service call.
Prepare a complete estimate, budget for the service call or small project with a detailed review of client requirements.
Negotiate and maintain terms and rates with clients for facilitating and sustaining service accounts.
Manage financial aspects of contracts with the service project assistant (progress billings, rental equipment, income / expenses) to protect the company\'s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client to ensure profitability of this function.
Prepare monthly cost reports under the supervision of a Division Manager.
Schedule regular visits with sustaining service accounts to assure client satisfaction.
Fulfill division objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.
Maintain a complete knowledge of the status of all projects. Instill and promote a "win-win" attitude with the service drivers to ensure successful, profitable work for the company as well as a satisfied customer. Coordinate efforts with Business Development Group.
Monitor overall quantity and quality of work performed by service drivers and support personnel. Execute organization\'s programs, policies, standards, and procedures consistent with corporate.
Assume additional responsibilities as required by the division\'s operating needs or as directed by the Division Manager.

The Procurement Team Lead will manage a work group responsible for the procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, permanent plant materials, and small tools and supplies. This position is a ‘working manager' role that will execute contractual obligations while providing oversight, support, and mentorship to Procurement Agents and Sr. Procurement Agents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Monitor, evaluate, and mentor working team on meeting or exceeding performance goals and expectations.
Ensure team is complying with procurement policies and procedures and is in strict adherence to documentation requirements.
Oversee and plan all aspects of procurement from pre-bid closeout.
Effectively manage people and projects within assigned Region to pursue cost savings opportunities, while implementing and adhering to process standardization efficiencies.

This position functions as an Electrician/Journeyman Wireman for Rosendin; installing new electrical systems and repairing existing electrical systems while maintaining compliance with national, state and local electrical codes along with all Rosendin policies and procedures. Support activities at commercial, industrial, institutional and residential locations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, repair, maintain, and test commercial, industrial and residential electrical systems in full support of Rosendin safety, operations and productivity initiatives.
Use industry related hand tools and power tools.
Measure, cut, bend, thread, etc. and install wire and electrical cable systems, conduit systems and other wire raceway systems.
Feed to, pull into, and terminate wire and cable within control centers, distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switch gear, receptacles, switches, etc.
Splice and terminate wires at junction points.
Troubleshoot equipment electrical systems and control circuits and build control panels from drawings.
Prepare sketches and schematic diagrams showing the location of wiring and electrical systems.
Delegate tasks and assist with training other employees.
Communicate effectively with Foremen and crew members.
Maintain workflow schedule to ensure all Rosendin productivity objectives are met.
Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with colleagues, customers and vendors.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Must hold a current Journeyman Wireman license (if required by the applicable state, city or county).

This position functions as an Electrician/Journeyman Wireman for Rosendin; installing new electrical systems and repairing existing electrical systems while maintaining compliance with national, state and local electrical codes along with all Rosendin policies and procedures. Support activities at commercial, industrial, institutional and residential locations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, repair, maintain, and test commercial, industrial and residential electrical systems in full support of Rosendin safety, operations and productivity initiatives.
Use industry related hand tools and power tools.
Measure, cut, bend, thread, etc. and install wire and electrical cable systems, conduit systems and other wire raceway systems.
Feed to, pull into, and terminate wire and cable within control centers, distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switch gear, receptacles, switches, etc.
Splice and terminate wires at junction points.
Troubleshoot equipment electrical systems and control circuits and build control panels from drawings.
Prepare sketches and schematic diagrams showing the location of wiring and electrical systems.
Delegate tasks and assist with training other employees.
Communicate effectively with Foremen and crew members.
Maintain workflow schedule to ensure all Rosendin productivity objectives are met.
Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with colleagues, customers and vendors.
Adhere to all Rosendin's safety policies and procedures.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Must hold a current Journeyman Wireman license (if required by the applicable state, city or county).
Ability to install power systems: lighting, fire protection, security, and data network.
Ability to build and install control panels and provide maintenance to systems.
Experience using Electrical Single Line blueprints.
Experience finding and repairing faults in electrical apparatus and circuits.
Ability to verify compliance and functionality of installations.
Experience helping with the management of a project and crew.
Ability to manage material estimates.
Demonstrate strong leadership and pre-planning abilities.

The Procurement Team Lead will manage a work group responsible for the procurement of engineered equipment, commodities, permanent plant materials, and small tools and supplies. This position is a ‘working manager' role that will execute contractual obligations while providing oversight, support, and mentorship to Procurement Agents and Sr. Procurement Agents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Monitor, evaluate, and mentor working team on meeting or exceeding performance goals and expectations.
Ensure team is complying with procurement policies and procedures and is in strict adherence to documentation requirements.
Oversee and plan all aspects of procurement from pre-bid closeout.
Effectively manage people and projects within assigned Region to pursue cost savings opportunities, while implementing and adhering to process standardization efficiencies.
Provide coaching and mentoring to staff personnel as required and provide performance evaluation input to Regional Procurement Manager.
Support estimating department by contacting suppliers for budgetary quotations for materials and equipment in the preparation of bids.
Represent company in contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
