The Foreman is responsible for monitoring installations and ensuring work is performed according to Rosendin standards and project specifications. Work cooperatively with the general contractor and/or customer in managing the project, project schedule and employees. Ensure crew members start and finish work shift on time; Maintain proper meal/break times per as legally required per local labor laws and regulations.
Conduct effective performance evaluations of crew members.
Maintain complete and accurate "as-builts" as per Rosendin procedures and project requirements.

Join our team as a Senior Project Manager where you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects or one very large project. You will lead and manage a team of project managers, and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Train and effectively supervise Project Managers in the company philosophy and systems
Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project

Train and effectively supervise a Project Assistant in the maintenance of project required tracking devices.
Maintain liaison with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
