We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Analyst to maintain positive relationships between our company and its employees. In this position, you will be expected to perform ER investigations, maintain employee relations policies and procedures, handle employee grievances, and provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters to ensure a productive and engaged workforce.
Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances
Maintain employee relations policies and procedures
Provide support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management
Conduct employee relations training programs
Gather and analyze employee relations trends and recommend proactive measures to address issues
Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes
Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and execute employee engagement initiatives
Proven work experience in employee relations or similar role
Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience in conflict resolution and mediation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Experience in employee engagement and retention strategies
Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improvement
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Two to Five years of experience in an employee relations or workplace investigation environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Union experience preferred
Certified as SPHR or PHR preferred
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

Pay Range
$80,300.00-$105,400.00 AnnualThe pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
